Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Southgate

I give it 2 stars because the gentlemen today is really polite with beard reddish orange hair that gave us order and we did order online usually can tell if there butter garlic on crust it looked dry he accomadated, but the lady with ponytail with a bunch of pins stickers or whatever on front of hat with black hair and glasses was rude her tone and attitude sucks bad if I knew before placing online order would've never ordered here. The past employees were always polite and knew how to talk to people. I had just placed my order the lady is rude asking employee did they just come in and walk out without ordering with a tone. I had to say something personal to my niece before going in the bathroom. Im like no we are right here my order was just placed I have to use the bathroom and ijs so what if someone did walk out and not order her attitude would be the reason why. Her tone with employee was rude we asked for butter garlic on crust cause it didnt look like it had anything on it accept a couple crusts had it on it he did it no problemo. She got nasty tone saying we dont put extra butter garlic on crust if customers want more they need to buy the sauce cups. Im not going to buy sauce cups. Its not my first domino order I know how crust should look with butter garlic. I also worked as a chef. Than I call customer service number on my app and its a rewards number. I called cooperate listed number for hours it says site cant be reached in my mobile app. I called another location to get another number. They gave me 2 numbers cant reach anyone or even leave a message. I definitely will attempt trying again Monday. I prefer speaking over doing this and website not allowing me to contact through mobile app. States site cant be reached. If she does not like her job she needs to go elsewhere. She is a horrible employee I feel sorry for the employees that have to work with her and other customers. The bread barely had any jalapeños and barely any bacon. Its suppose to cheesy bread...

We ordered our food at about 9:35pm online. 2 med. 1 item each pizzas, 2 bread bites, 1 cinnamon twists and 1 2 litre Fanta Orange Soda. At 9:40pm it said Heather was making our pizza's. By 9:03pm it told us Cody was out delivering our dinner. We live about a 2 minute drive from Domino's. At 9:36pm we finally get our partial order. The 2 bread bites are missing. I call to let the manager know this was unacceptable only to be told, they sent the driver back out with our bread bites and a 2 litre bottle of coke for our inconvenience, I was trying to tell the worker why I was calling to complain. He said he was too busy to listen so I asked to talk to a manager. After a 10 minute wait, a person came on the phone saying they were a manager but yet really didn't want to hear why I was calling and said, I'll give you a coupon for a free pizza. I asked, why are you blowing me off and not wanting to hear my complaint? I told him, I worked for 2 Domino's before and I know the routine of delivering a pizza. I worked at the one on Goddard Taylor and the one on Fort Street Lincoln Park. I have even toured the Domino's Farm!
