Dunkin' — Restaurant in Southington

I come here most mornings and the man that works there is super kind. Today the line was into the road so I decided to go inside. There were 2 other customers in there. One already ordered and one picked up an order. The main register was closed and the sign said to go order at the drive thru register. I stood there respectfully for several minutes and was completely ignored. Once the drive thru worker wasn’t with a customer at the window I asked if I was able to place an order and she said yes one minute and I replied with, “No problem.” Then another employee mumbled, “Not when we’re busy working.” I was so taken aback. I explained that I was making sure that I was standing in the right spot to order. Of course the employee had nothing to say to me to defend her rude comment. I left and definitely won’t ever go back there because 1. I was not rude at all and being very patient. I could see that they were busy. 2. What’s the point of being mean to me? I’m a paying customer just making sure I could even place an order inside. If they were short staffed or their system was down and it was too much to order inside I would’ve kindly just went through the drive thru or went somewhere else this morning. This location has seriously gone down hill. The coffee was not light and sweet. The donuts are smaller than other locations and coffee doesn’t taste fresh. Sad to say it’s not a good location. The locations on West Street and the one on Queen Street are much better. This location needs to step it up. I have been a customer there for over 15 years. It used to be great! I’m very disappointed with the quality of food...

Edit: You should see the coffee I got today. It tasted burnt. The cup had half a spoon of ground coffee sitting in the bottom. Before they used to burn dark toasted bagels (see picture). Now, they are not even warm. The only reason I go to this location is because it is nearby. Just received this burnt bagel. Thank you for ruining my breakfast.
