Super surprised when I walked in. Very clean and modern decor. The shakes with outstanding. My daughter and I each had one(PB Banana Fluff and PB Jelly Time). They have tons of customization items to fit anyone's preference or needs. This is definitely not your average "corner of the shopping mall smoothie shop". Open visibility during the entire processes so there is no "monkeying around" when it comes to the freshest ingredients. The women working the register even asked if I would like to have my daughter's straw trimmed! She's 3 and that's NEVER happened. A+🐒 F A N T A S T I C!

Made my way to TFM for the first time recently and definitely can say it was worth the pitstop.... It was late n the ladies were still super upbeat n helpful when I stepped in the nicely lit outpost which is one of a few I hear. I got the antioxidant berry which was just what I was lookin for... came out pretty quick and tasted great. Not too sweet or too thick and you could taste all the different fruit. Super filling and got me thru the rest of my day, will def be bacc again!!

I finally made it into The Fresh Monkee in Southington, CT and it won't be my last! All the ladies in there that was there was amazing and extremely helpful. I ordered a smoothie for everyone in my family and we all loved them! If you haven't gone don't wait much longer. We got the Naughty Monkey, a Strawberry and one Maui Colada.

I go in here once a week to get the same smoothie. The people who work there are not friendly and do not greet you or have any manners toward how you should treat a customer. The girl handed me my smoothie which was basically milk. Not thick at all. Since I go here once a week I know what it should look like. I kindly asked her to make it thicker in which she added ice. I tried my smoothie and it just tasted like ice. I went back in to ask the girl to remake the smoothie and she was not nice about it. It felt as though I was disturbing her. As a customer I should not feel uncomfortable in the setting in which I am buying something from somewhere. I also shouldn’t feel bad after kindly asking the girl to remake my smoothie. I love coming here for my protein smoothies! I HATE the taste and texture of protein powder, love the benefits but I just can’t stand it lol, Fresh Monkee shakes though are so good, texture is smooth and creamy and you CAN NOT taste a trace of protein powder, sometimes I forget I’m drinking a protein shake when I have one! This one thing along brings me back but then you have the added bonus of wonderful staff, helpful, especially if it’s your first time there, and they work pretty dang quick! Not to mention they have discounted drinks for our martial arts studio staff when we order and pick up cause we work in the same plaza! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place, besides being one to Wolcott or Waterbury so I can have one on my...
