Jerzie Joe's Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Southington

Tonight my family and I had the worst dining experience ever. We went to Jerzie Joe’s for dinner because of the Lobster special that they advertised. When we sat down we were approached by a blond woman who was very rude. She had a very snarky attitude toward us. She asked us what we wanted to drink and she clearly seemed under the influence of something. She could not find her pen that was hanging off of her shirt! We ended up ordering our food for dinner. An hour and a half later we still had not received our food! No one came over to inform us what was going on. People around us were getting their food. Finally as we were telling the brunette waitress that we no longer wanted our food the food came out! The only reason why we even took our food home and paid for it was because we did not want the brunette waitress having to front the bill! I felt bad for her as she was all over the place trying to keep everything under control. Turns out that the blond waitress is in fact the manager and was drinking on the job as I saw her!! When we tried talking to her about the situation that happened she started yelling at us, threatening to call the cops, and made my seven year old daughter cry. Went for the first time cause I’ve heard the food was good. The onion rings were excellent and saved us but they served me the worst boneless wings I’ve ever had in my life, I still laugh thinking about it. The “breaded” part was essentially liquid. They were so over cooked as well, I think the issue was theyre basically just random chunks of chicken, so not uniform sized. It reminded me of those memes/posts of people saying theyre scared when cooking chicken so they overcook it to the max lol. It could be described as soggy and dry at the same time which sounds funny, it was an experience. Waitress was nice and comped one of the wings, but sucks throwing money and having to go to another...

Food was ok..fries looked & tasted horrible. Customer service was NOT very customer friendly. The lady was at the end of her shift clearly. We came in around 4pm. The whole dining experienced seemed rush, which then resulted in missing ordered fries. A charge for an alcoholic drink that only had ginger ale. Didn't even come to our table to ask if everything was ok..had to literally wave them down. Every other minute. Not coming here again..really did hope this place was good but they're customer service is NOT everything Or maybe it was because we did look different smh. Sadly places still...
