Went into this place for the first time on 10/31.The sign that said wood fired pizza is what made us stop.. Well wishing we had gone somewhere else.. For starters they had 1 waitress, and umm she was definetly not attentive by any means. Considering we were the only ones sitting in there to eat at the time.. So she takes our order.. We started with fries and some mozz sticks. Fries were good, mozz sticks were definetly like some yoi could get out of the freezer at Walmart, and the sauve they give ya to go along with them was watery and not much flavor. A while later she brings our pizza.. The top of the pizza looked ok.. The bottom was very pale white, had no color to it what so ever. No kind of crunch to it, very soft. Could barely pick it up and all we had was pepperoni on it.. Definetly not what you expect from a wood fire oven. So we finally pick it up, double handed was the only way, take a bite and far from impressed, lots of grease, not much flavor. We had ordered a lg, and each ate 1 slice and asked the waitress for boxes to pack it up. We ended up having to take it home and cook it more.. In a nutshell definetly not a very good first impression. From the service to the food, it definetly lacks, nothing to make us want to go back.. I do not recommend, there are definetly better pizza...
Read morePrice: average, better If you have coupons Food: pretty standard have gotten sick from eating here before, below average pizza. Service: this is where it gets one star, I've called called and gotten hung up on by the wait staff a handful of times. Just have had general issues, with this Vivaldi's and the Bristol location. The last time I got delivery I paid with a card online through the website and tipped online since I had no cash (good tip considering my house was a few mins away), the driver comes and gives me the food, does not give me the receipt and asks "Where is my tip?" I put it in online already and I tell them that to which they tells me they didn't get it and wants a cash tip to compensate their gas and time. Driver waits outside my screen door and opens it almost letting my dogs out as my family scrambles to find cash even though we already tipped them online, and they leave once we get the tip.
Part of food ordered was an avocado and mozzarella sandwich- the avocado part was completely brown.
I mostly ordered here because the food was OK and some of their coupons were good but I've had a few bad experiences here and I'm not sure if the owners/management really care to resolve the issues that me and other guests have. Unfortunately I don't see myself ordering from any...
Read moreWent shopping with the family and needed something quick to eat and we found this little pizza shop in a corner of a plaza. Heck why not right. Let’s go.
First impressions: small, clean, inviting, very welcoming and friendly service.
We were the only ones there so we sat and ordered.
Mozarela sticks, Baked Ziti with Meatsauce which came with a salad and garlic bread. We also grabbed a cheese pizza because why not it’s the reason why we chose this place.
The food came out quick and hot and pretty fresh. The Garlic Bread and Pizza Beard was amazing. Soft, fluffy, fresh. The overall Pizza was good. The salad was ok and the Pasta was fine. To me an italian restaurant is based on its sauce, between 1-10 i would give it a 5. This defines the pizza and pasta. The pizza was cooked thoroughly and so was the pasta. The meat sauce wasn’t exactly meat sauce, it was ground meat on ziti with sauce poured on top. It wasn’t a bad thing but it was good.
At the end of the day, I have had better. But considering this really isn’t a true italian eat in restaurant I won’t treat it like one. For a walk in, take out pizza join it was good.
To answer your question, no I most likely will not...
