If you're searching for a spot that captures the essence of authentic Tex-Mex cuisine with a comforting, homemade feel, Fajita Pete’s is a location you simply must try. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place has a way of turning a quick meal into a memorable dining experience. During my visit, I decided to try the chicken quesadilla, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of delightful. The quesadilla was perfectly grilled, with a crisp exterior that encased a generous filling of tender, marinated chicken. The chicken was seasoned impeccably, offering a burst of flavor with every bite. Accompanying the chicken were melted cheeses that added a creamy richness, making each mouthful more satisfying than the last. To complement my meal, I paired it with a Jarritos, and the combination was a match made in culinary heaven. The fizzy, fruit-flavored soda added a refreshing contrast to the savory quesadilla, enhancing the overall dining experience. What makes Fajita Pete’s a must-visit is not just the food, but the warmth and hospitality that the staff extends to every guest. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner with friends. The service is prompt and friendly, making sure you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Overall, Fajita Pete’s manages to deliver an authentic taste of Tex-Mex in a setting that's both inviting and convenient. If you find yourself craving rich flavors and a hearty meal, make sure to stop by and savor what they have to offer. You won't be disappointed!

** Update ** My review on Monday 02/27/23 was deleted but I will summarize it this time. I went to take my wife at about 3pm and ordered Chicken & Beef Fajitas Combo for two. My wifes beef was old, had a green tint to it and was chapped looked like it was boiled, terrible terrible beef. My Chicken was dry, had white powdery look on the edges and was sour, tasted awful, the chicken was definately old. 🤮🤮🤢👎 We left very quickly barely ate, 15 min into our drive back home my wife asked me to pull over so she can vomit, she got worse as we got home, I was developing gas bubbles in my intestines i rarely ever get that, I knew we were in trouble so as I got home I gave my wife 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in water and it killed the bad bacteria in her stomach, it also corrected my gas problem, terrible food, service and i was very surprised as this was in Las Colinas and Oak Cliff.

Solidly okay experience. It came highly recommended so I had assumed I'd like it a lot but it fell flat in a lot of ways. I should have read reviews prior but don't plan on eating in. They do have a couple tables but it's really not a great dining experience, lol. We don't live close so didn't have a choice but I'd have preferred to not. The salsa is also piping hot, like - temperature hot, steaming, and that's a HUGE turn off to me. Cold salsa for me only lol. The tortillas leave a lot to be desired but the beef fajita meat was pretty good and not burnt/overcooked like most restaurant fajitas are which I appreciated it. The other sides including white queso are, again, solidly okay. Customer service was fine but nobody seemed like they really wanted to be there. All around a slightly awkward restaurant encounter and I doubt we'll be back. Not sure what all the fuss is about, honestly.

What a great experience and WOW the food was great. We randomly found them here on Google maps as we were in the area and hungry.

They are takeout and delivery only which became apparent as soon as we stepped inside. Whoops! However, the gentleman behind the counter quickly convinced us to stay by offering us some samples of the beef fajita meat and the margaritas. The beef was so tender, juicy, and well seasoned... it took me by surprise how good it was! The margaritas (peach, strawberry, lime) were each good and distinctive from each other. The gentleman offered to pull out two chairs to a small table in the corner or bring the food to our vehicle if we choose to wait there. We chose the latter as we had our newborn with us.

10ishb minutes later we had our food. The combo meat for 2 was just enough for us to have a little leftovers and he threw in some extra corn tortillas for free (it only came with 4 flour but they are hand rolled). The chicken was moist, NOT dry, and also flavorful but I still loves the beef the most. The queso Blanco was also very good.

We were so impressed with both the food and customer service. While we're not often in this area we'll make it a point to return...

This place is the WORST! Save your time and money. Poor customer service and management skills. I placed an order on 6/22 at 11am system told me it would be ready for curbside pick up at 11:35am. I arrived at 11:30 check in after waiting 10 minutes nobody came out I would've appreciate if they would have let me know what was going on. I went inside the restaurant just to find out the order wasn’t ready. Nobody greeted or gave me an updated I had to get one of the cooks attention and she said sorry we were busy your food isn’t ready. I didn’t get my order till 12:15 and I just wish the food would have made up for the back experience and waste of time, but it didn’t! The food was a huge disappointment! I called to speak with the manager in charged. Name was John he said the only thing he could do was apologize that he was short handed with the catering drivers had nothing to do with the problem I had experience. Like I said before save your time and money! This place...
