This was my second time coming to this cava location and yet again I am highly disappointed in the customer service. My first visit, I ordered online and came to pick up. I then realized after waiting for 25 min. that I had accidentally ordered my food for the following day (obviously my fault but was an accident) I went to the front to ask if I can either get a refund or if they could cancel my order so I can get some food. I was given attitude and was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. Then the girl went and asked the manager and I was able to get my order. The poor customer service continued until I left. On my second visit, the first guy who took my order was super nice and respectful. I was then asked by a girl what I wanted for my toppings, I said “cucumber” and she looks up and gives me the dirtiest look and had constant attitude until we checked out and walked away. I went to fill up my drink and get a lid and a straw, there were no straws. I proceeded to ask if they have anymore straws, he opened the cabinet barely looked and said “yeah I THINK we’re all out sorry about that.” I then told him “you should let the manager know that you guys have poor customer service.” He then turns around and laughs. Read moreI approached the first server telling her this was my first visit and wasn’t sure how their line worked. She waited for me to order and offered no suggestions(chicken salad). She asked what I wanted for my base (I guess that’s not lettuce for a salad?) I looked blank and she asked what rice I wanted. Oh okay. Then she questioned why didn’t I want lettuce? ‘Oh, I do….(again I ordered the salad??). Next up toppings…the next server asked if I wanted the meal made as on the board or choose my own toppings ….ummm…can I choose anything I asked? First server comes over and tells 2nd girl I need pita. I said, no that’s okay just the salad. She said ‘but you ordered the bowl’. I replied whatever they wanted to include was fine…at this point it really didn’t matter to me! While #2 put tomatoes and olives on I pointed over the sneeze shield asking what another food item was. Server #2 quite literally scolded me for raising my hand above the shield. Hey I understand public health policy but after the convo leading up to this point I was about done.
