Every time I have been to this location, I feel like something has always been off with the employees. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt (like if they are just having an off day) but this is the second time I have not had the best experience at this Pressed Juicery. When I walked in I shared with the woman working that I needed a second to figure out what I wanted and immediately her demeanor and body language changed to being annoyed. When I figured out what I wanted to order I told her what I wanted (saying please and thank you) and she did not say any words to me. Another man came to help at the register since it was a bit busy and since y'all just got a new system none of them were trained to process my Visa gift card that I wanted to use to purchase the items. It was not a big deal, but definitely a bit of a bummer when I planned to use that as my form of payment. Then I pulled cash out of my wallet to pay and automatically got stopped and they shared that they are a cash free place, also fine just wish it was advertised somewhere! Their onsite associate, Bethany, stated that they do not offer curbside service. I explained that I was not aware they had discontinued that service and that I had my baby asleep in the car. She proceeded to argue with me stating that they had never offered curbside service before as if I had not physically done this many times. I assured her I have picked up from this location via curbside many times and could she please assist this one time so that I did not have to wake my daughter and bring her in to which of course she said no and with a really negative attitude. The receipt on the bag showed our correct order, so itās upsetting that our order wasnāt put together correctly. To top it off, it was difficult to get ahold of anyone on the phone to rectify the issue, and when we did, they told us they couldnāt have it delivered. They then suggested a credit to our account before we finally got them to agree to a refund, but only for the incorrect juices, not the whole order, and only after we sent a picture of the incorrect juices.
