Lovesac — Local services in Southlake

Had a bad experience at the Southlake location today. My husband and I recently purchased 2 LoveSacs from the Frisco location and we’re brought our friend as a referral. We received no greeting when I walked in which was fine since there were a few families being helped in the store.. I figured they were busy. My friend and I looked around for about 30 min but no one approached us. Once there was no one else in the store but us I expected someone to come up to us and assist but unfortunately NO. No one acknowledged us I had to come up to the representative and ask questions. I mentioned what we were interested for my friend but there was little information provided. My friend asked for the sample styles expecting the rep to show us instead she pointed to them across the room expecting us to go get them and look ourselves. While my friend walked over I waited expecting her to walk to it and show us but No she just stood back didn’t bother to explain any of the fabrics. I was the one explaining to my friend the different fur options. I guess this store was not interested in selling us anything at least that’s what it felt like. The service was beyond disappointing. I had been looking at Lovesac Sactionals online and believed I had come up with the perfect design. I decided to stop by the physical Southlake store just to see my fabric choice in person. I’m so glad I did! I got to meet William who is one of the most patient, knowledgeable and fun sales people I’ve EVER met. He helped me realize my original selection was not going to meet my needs and helped me see my vision through the use of the blocks. William made sure I had the correct back pillows and deep and standard seats for multiple layout options I was considering. I dealt with him on 3 separate occasions and he was the same delightful person each time. William is one of a kind and makes customers quickly feel like friends. Thank you for such a wonderful...

We love the experience we had at the Southlake showroom. Davis was so friendly and patient with answering all our questions. Between my wife and I, our rambunctious 2 year old, and all our questions coming at him every which way he was amazing.

We had originally ordered some pieces online but we’re not sure we got what was right for us. Going to the showroom helped us see for different styles, fabrics, layouts and accessories. We ended up getting things we were on the fence about but seeing, touching and hearing made the difference.
