I am extremely disappointed with this location. Would rate it 0 stars if possible. I was working all day and decided to try and get some food before going home. I am currently pregnant and hadn't eaten since lunch. I arrived to the Spanish Fork, UT Jersey Mike's at 8:56pm. I was starving and grateful I arrived before they closed. I went to open the door and it was locked. The lights were turned off but there were 3 employees inside. One of them was even making a sandwich. I started knocking on the door because the front door said they were open till 9pm and so did the website. It took one of the employees 3 minutes to answer the door. During this time I took a picture of the door and the employees inside since it still wasn't 9pm. At this point it was 8:59pm and one of the employees answered the door. They asked if they could help me and I said "I've been waiting here for a few minutes. It's not 9pm and I want to order a sandwich." The employee responded that their clock said it was 9pm so they couldn't make my sandwich. I told them I would be writing a review about how unprofessional their behavior was. Next time I'll go to Jimmy John's because they stay open 10 minutes after closing to make sure their customers are served. I am extremely disappointed in the service of Jersey Mikes as well as the employees lying about what time it was. I took a photo with a time stamp on it to literally prove it wasn't 9pm. Anyways please let the employees who were working on October 19, 2024 know that they turned away a pregnant woman who hadn't eaten in 8 hours and went home and cried about how she...
Read moreIt's Jersey Mike's. So if you like the food you like it, if you don't you don't. We love it done "half" Mike's way ( because we're not a fans of soaking wet bread).
The app has no way to select avocado, so we add it to the comments. But we usually get a gentle scolding from the employees when we do that. I'm happy to pay for the avocado, but like I said, it's not on the menu in the app. 🤷♂️
But my biggest complaint is that this store doesn't seem to understand basic supply and demand. We order the Rosemary Parm because it's amazing, but about 50% of the time they are out of it. So we order Rosemary Parm, but when we pick up it's regular white bread. I have a Subway not even a half-mile from our house. But we drive the extra 3 miles for Rosemary Parm.
Apparently more people love that bread more than the white bread, so the solution is simple: plan for demand.
You might say it's supply chain shortage, except that the Springville store has not missed once, so far. We've ended up driving an additional mile to go to Springville more often now.
Still, their points program is better than Springville, so we go to Spanish Fork when we want a sub on double...
Read moreJersey Mike’s, you have my heart… and my digestive system in a chokehold. Your sandwiches? Impeccable. Top-tier. Easily in my top three sandwich spots. The bread is soft yet sturdy, the meats are fresh, and that Mike’s Way magic is a gift from the sandwich gods. Every bite is a perfect harmony of flavor and regret.
Because here’s the thing—every time I indulge in your heavenly subs, my stomach transforms into a geological disaster zone. We’re talking molten lava, tectonic shifts, and a full-blown Mount Vesuvius reenactment. The moment I take that last bite, I know I’ve signed a contract with the underworld. I don’t know what dark alchemy goes into your ingredients, but my intestines could probably power a small city with the sheer force of what follows.
Yet, like a fool, I return. Again and again. Because the sandwiches are just that good. So, would I recommend Jersey Mike’s? Absolutely. But only if you’re prepared to face the consequences. Eat at your own risk.
