UPDATE: a friend of mine wanted to stop here for food so against my better judgement I complied and brought them here like an IDIOT. We waited 25 minutes for ONE Spicy Chicken Sandwich. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE DRIVETHRU AND NO OTHER CUSTOMERS EATING INSIDE. I gave up and finally went inside to see what the problem was. All the employees were standing around in the dining area socializing with some visitor. They were not happy when I came in and interrupted their little party. I politely asked them for the spicy chicken sandwich I'd been waiting for and one of the employees with a shocked look on her face scrambles back behind the counter to get my food and then tried to pass it off by lying to me and telling me that it had "just come up". It doesn't take 25 minutes to cook a spicy chicken sandwich, I'm not an idiot, don't lie to me. They forgot we were waiting in the drive-thru because they had us move forward from the window even though there weren't any other customers behind me. I'm going to do the survey on the receipt they begrudgingly gave me so hopefully Wendy's corporate will actually do something about this horrible location. I honestly can't believe this location is still open and it makes Wendy's look really horrible as a company because clearly their store managers either have no idea what's going on in their store or just genuinely don't care about it.
Every time I come here the employees treat me like I'm ruining their day IF they even bother to answer the drive thru box. I have sat there for almost 15 minutes before waiting for someone to take my order and yes they were open. They use all sorts of weird excuses to do whatever they can to get out of doing any sort of work. Today it was "we can only take cash". I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and won awards for my excellent customer service, I know what I'm talking about, I'm not being a Karen. First guy took my order but lacked every ounce of customer service possible. Started off with, “What’re you ordering?” Yikes. Rushed the order the entire time— “Is that it?,” “Is that it?” It made a 3-part order quite frustrating to place.
A second guy had been sitting outside, finishing his cigarette near the drive-thru lane, and he’s who took my payment as I pulled around— never said a word to me. Nothing.
A girl handed me my bag, announcing “two burgers and a fry,” which was not my correct order at all. She then questioned me when I corrected her about what I ordered, so I asked if the bag was for the car that had been waiting ahead of me since I pulled in. She gave me an ugly look, so I asked for the rest of my order— opened the bag, showed her what she handed me, showed her my receipt. She called out to someone in the back for the rest of my food and threw away my receipt. Mean mugged me when she handed me the drinks. Never apologized.
The third guy— fourth person to interact with me for this simple order— was the only positive here as he was apologetic and courteous. An entire combo was missing, and he apologized for that and handed it over before wishing me a nice evening. This kid is the only reason for 2 stars for ‘Service’ instead of 1.

She usually likes Wendy’s chicken nugget kids meals, so we swung through the drive through on our way to our AIrB&B. We ordered the kids chicken nugget meal with apple slices & a juice box, a Dave’s Double and a baked potato with butter, sour cream & chives. It took more than 5 minutes to get the order accurate on the screen. I’m not sure if their speaker system doesn’t work properly or if the young woman taking the order has difficulty understanding, but it was frustrating. Got to the B&B, unpacked out order from the sacks only to find our order was nearly all wrong. The kids meal had the chicken nuggets, a cheeseburger and juice box- no apple slices. The Dave’s Double was correct. My baked potato looked and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours, having a brownish tint to it, no butter, no sour cream, but it was covered with chives!
