At 1-22-25 at 8:00am I came to the drive through to get some breakfast for my kids . When I was ordering the lady taking my order sounded mad when she was taking my order . When I got to the window I gave her my debit card to charge me and she yanked the card hard off my hand . She slams the window hard she opens the window again she gives me my card and slams the window hard again . She opens the window again she hands out my food and she throws my food to the ground on purpose I told her why would you do that? Why would you throw my food to the floor? You have no manners and she says well that’s your fault. You deserve your food on the floor and I tell her what did I do to you so you could throw my food on the floor and she said you were being mean to me in the drive-through when I was taking your food and i told her I didn’t do nothing to you and she said yes you did. You were being mean to me and I told the lady I was not being rude to you in anyway and then she said I don’t care. I threw your food on the floor because you deserve that you deserve to eat your food like a dog. I told her to give me a a refund she said no I told her to call her manager she said no so I go park and I go inside the restaurant I tell her can I please have my money back and she said no and I told her to call her manager and she said no I told her again for the second time please call your manager please she called her manager. I told her manager what happened the manager didn’t care. I told the manager everything that happened on the drive through but it looked like the manager didn’t care all they did was replace the food but never apologize to me the lady that took my order was a short lady with blond streaks on her hair, looked Asian or Latina . Read moreI go here all the time. At least once a week. And I've been going here for almost 2 years now. I can definitely tell you that this is the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to. And I keep going.. Hoping they'd get better. But they don't. They get worse. The first year I started going here it was fine, even during covid. I mean sometimes I'd get the occasional they put cheese when I asked not to, that's whatever, it happens. But this past year, my god.. it's just so bad. Literally every single time I go here there's something wrong with my food. Every time. Doesn't fail. Today I ordered a 27 with no cheese, and I got a 22 WITH cheese. Not when the same sandwich. I've gotten home and not had any tacos when I literally ordered 6. Like how are you gonna forget the biggest quantity item that I ordered. I just don't understand how hard it is to do this. Plus the amount of time I spend in the drive thru, if you're taking that long, you should be reading the order and getting it perfectly. For all the money I've spent there, I feel like I should get like a hundred dollar gift card for free for all the wasted money I've lost going there. Absolutely the worst.

Read moreI had few experience here. Sadly, each visit has been disappointing. Long waits, forgotten orders and wrong orders given. However, this is the last time. The employee wasn’t even aware of what she was doing and laughing with her coworkers with the window open with our food in her hands. I verbally had to tell her what she was doing after she said she was confused. Also, she did not given my card back. After realizing the second I found out, I went straight to the door. It was locked. I understand that fast food offers 24 hour drive thru and closes dine in at a certain time. I was knocking for 10 mins, while every single knock, an employee kept looking at me. Not one came forward to the door (even to stay behind closed doors to at least warn a customer the dine in is closed). If they were to have done that, I would have given them a reason for my knocking that I would like my card back. I had to get their attention from their drive thru mic in front of long line.
