McDonald's — Restaurant in Sparks

Ordered online thru the app. My order was put up in the holding area & the girl disappeared back into the kitchen. I needed my drink cup & ketchup so I said hello, excuse me twice & a young man came from the dining room area & asked me what I needed. I told him & he got me 3 pls of ketchup. I said I also need my drink cup. It was clearly written on the receipt on my bag that a medium drink was included. I think he thought I already got my cup but reluctantly got my drink cup. I went to sit at a table in the handicapped area because I use a walker & there is lots of room to park it. While I was eating an older Hispanic woman went into the restrooms to clean. When she came out she began spraying cleaner all over the exterior wall between the restroom doors. It was overkill & choked me. She also overstayed several tables near me which also caused me to choke up. I could not eat half of my big mack because of the smell of the cleaner wafting around me. I threw it away & went shopping at the 99 Cent store behind...

I was the only customer in the drive thru. The food and coffee made me sick to my stomach. The workers were rude. my coffee was handed to me spilling over in my cup. I have regularly received unacceptable service here before but this crosses the line. This establishment is not worthy of the McDonalds name. Ronald Mcdonald himself would be sick to his stomach to see this dumpster fire serving food. If what is served here can be considered food. If I was a younger person I would immediately take the steps to become a food health inspector if only to take this disgusting business down. The owners should not only be ashamed of themselves but fear eternal judgement as god is watching over us all. Went in with my wife around 1230pm ordered 4 mcdoubles plain with extra cheese and I guess the person that took my order didn't hear me say I wanted them plain with extra cheese so when I got my order I explained that I wanted these plain with extra cheese ....one of the managers came up to me and the employee working the register and asked to see my receipt . Gave her my receipt and the employee workin the register told her manager I'm sorry I must of not heard him when he said plain... so the manager took my mcdoubles and told her to re ring me up and charge me for the burgers I wanted after I already paid for my original order.... I feel the management over here is rude and unprofessional. They made me a new order but we're very rude to me and the person workin the front corner I got told...
