Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sparta Township

1 Star is SUPER generous for this place. THIS SPARTA LOCATION IS A DISGRACE to the Dunkin' Donuts franchise!!!! Yes...Dunkin' Donuts is Dunkin' Donuts...Well, as far as the coffee and food are concerned BUT this location is absolutely, 100% the WORST place I've ever been to and I will NEVER return! The staff is RUDE & DIRTY! Dirt under their nails, chipping nail polish, no gloves, bare hands on food & in the coffee..Yes, IN the coffee/drinks. I could go on but for me, the final straw... I was in line, no one behind me, waiting my turn, thinking how abrupt they were speaking to the customer. The 2 customers that were in front of me were both helped, I'm next just waiting for the employee to return to the register. The customer in front who is waiting for her order, begins talking to me (STILL no one behind me). The employee comes back to the register and in a raised aggressive voice says, "Are you going to order?" before I could even answer she continues and says, "if not you can leave because you are holding up the line". The customers that were still in the store whip their heads towards me then towards her- in shock. Confused I look at the customer that was speaking to me, then I look behind me (STILL no one else in line behind me) and back at the employee. I apologized and placed my order....The employee continued with an attitude. NOT ONE staff member said a thing just had glazed looks on their faces...the Manager basically hid behind the coffee machines instead of interjecting, redirecting the employee or even apologizing. Mad at myself for accepting that disgusting behavior instead of just leaving. I got in my car & left- embarrassed and annoyed. I called to speak with the manager and she had absolutely ZERO customer service skills. She was rude and dismissive, spewing justifications as to why her employee behaved in that manner. I've heard many, many complaints and horrible stories about this location but as a lot of us, I continued going back even with those stories, or that dirtiness and instant negative vibe you get from the ladies working there. It wasn't until this day that I finally woke up and had enough! The only reason they are probably still in business is due to their location but I will never waste my money at this place! I have no issues buying coffee somewhere else or driving a little further to a Dunkin' Donuts just to avoid this place! This owner owns a few franchise locations but maybe they spread themselves too thin. They shouldn't rely on just the location to carry their business. They need to make some surprise visits and clean house! ...

BEWARE: UNSAFE/UNSANITARY!! All dunkins owned by PATTY and RUSS are unsanitary and their staff is treated like GARBAGE. This location has MOLD growing in the walls where your cups/lids are being stored. The owner, Patty, will do anything to cut corners and save a penny including unsafe/unsanitary working conditions and even having staff work while they're knowingly sick. The machines aren't properly cleaned meaning there is literal congealed milk going bad near the fresh milk you get in your coffee. I have FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE dealing with the unsafe practices at this location and have warned my whole family to steer clear of this disgusting dunkin'. Don't give someone your money to doesn't care about...

I placed a mobile order pickup from the Dunkin on 15. I couldn’t even drink the coffee because of how bad it tasted. I stopped at this Dunkin’ and asked them if the new winter blend is supposed to be bitter, etc. The young man (early 20’s?) behind the counter said it has hints of ginger snap but not supposed to be bitter. Anyway, he offered to make a new cup of the original blend. I offered to pay but he told me not to worry about it. I thought that was incredibly nice and it turned out to be the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had from a Dunkin. This happened on Jan 12 around 5:45pm. I hope he reads...
