Crumbl — Restaurant in Spartanburg

I've never been so embarrassed and disappointed as I was on Christmas eve, by that staff working that day. I was told by a few of the workers a couple days before, If I'm hungry and have no money, to just come in and ask. I didvexactly that on the 23rd, and was refused, rather rudely. I came back on tge 24th, with money, to get some cookies for my fiance for Christmas. There were 4 other patrons inside when I walked in. Within taking 3 steps inside, everyone working got quiet, and one person said, we're closed. We don't have anything. I said excuse me? Another worker said you need to go, we aren't giving out any freebies. That's when I got mad. I said loudly, I didn't ask for anything, but thank you for letting me know that yiu have no manners. And that I had money, and I was going to buy some for a gift. The manager then said, so you have money then? I said something I'm not proud of, and left. One of the other customers felt so bad about the way I was treated, she ran after me to give me her cookie. I do NOT recommend this place, I don't care how good their cookies n pies are. It doesn't feel good at all to be judged, and treated with such a lack of respect. Mumy girl never did get that present, and that bumps me out. Thanks crumbl...

I ordered party pack of cookies delivered. The order came and my box had been opened and a cookie missing. I called the store and they told me I received the wrong order. The person on the phone told me my cookies where there at the store,and I could come and get them or have them delivered possibly. I asked what to do with the other cookies because, the box had clearly been opened the sticker had chocolate all over it, I was told I could throw them away or keep them. We then drove up to the store 30 minutes away, only to be told that I would not be getting my cookies, just the one missing, and when I asked to speak with the manager was told the person speaking was the manager but, he wouldn't give me his name. He then told me that I was not told to throw out the cookies (I actually brought them with me and gave them back to the store). He then argued with me about what was said on the phone. So I got no cookies, wasted gas, and went home with very unhappy...

I loooove this crumbl and will not go to another for fear of being disappointed. I drive an hour specifically to this one because of the amazing service I always receive. They are always so quick and kind and get my order just right. The staff is always professional and willing to walk me through anything I have trouble with. Management has this place running like a well oiled machine. I have definitely seen an increase in quality in the past couple months as well idk if it’s new management or what but my experience with them has never been better!

Three months later and I couldn’t be more disappointed! The quality at this location drastically went down! The cookies I got today were hard and misshapen.
