KPOP B.W.F. — Restaurant in Spartanburg

The food here is pretty good, however the service could defiantly use some work. I usually come during the day at like 3pm on my lunch break. There is a lady there with dark hair she’s on the brighter side and always has a pink jacket on and she’s usually there when I come at that time and she just has the nastiest attitude. She just seems like she doesn’t want to be there and I don’t even look forward to coming here anymore. I love the food but I just think she is very unprofessional. She even is sitting in the booths sometimes while I wait at the counter for her to take my order. It’s not a total lost because I have been here during the evening and there is usually great service then. Especially when the really small young lady works she has such a nice attitude. We got the bulgogi and hibachi rice. It was adequate and tasted ok. Portion size was fair but it wasn’t really bulgogi. It was just Philly cheesesteak ingredients on top of some fried rice with a side of lettuce (which was kinda strange). Asked for kimchi (as was mentioned in an owner response to one of the reviews) they didn’t even know what that was (frankly should have been my first clue). It was fine, it just wasn’t Korean bulgogi in any way shape or form and wasn’t what we expected but it was hot and tasted alright, just may need to be relabeled and was a little expensive for just some stirfried beef, rice, and veggies. So I've wanted to try this place for a while. Finally did, the customer service was amazing and when I tell you the food is delicious its amazing. Spent less then 20$ and got enough to feed 3 people. I got the kpop special add kimchi. The meat is seasoned in such a perfect way not to strong but has a nice sweet hint to it. The veggies are cooked just right not to hard but not mushy either. I've never had kimchi and always wanted to try it, so I'm not the best person to say if it's "legit" or not. But it tastes so good. I am not a person who usually enjoys anything with much spice but I'm enjoying this!.
