Online wait said 30-40 min. After an hour, the tracker said pizza was delivered, but I received nothing. I called the store incredibly politely, almost as if I were so privileged to support this business and was met with attitude. Manager on phone states the tracker is wrong and the pizza is on it's way. I said ,"oh okay. Thank your for the information" and she responds "uh huh" with attitude. I wait and call back shortly realizing I never got an eta. She responds with "you just ordered 15 minutes ago!" I tell her "no, I called 15 minutes ago about an order I placed an hour and a half ago." Realizing she was wrong she reacts with MORE attitude stating "well! My wait times are 1-1.5 hours!" I respond with, when I order online and it says 30-40 minutes, that's what I expect. If that isn't the case then I should've gotten a call about the extra wait time" Now I'm frustrated, because it seemed like she was the customer and I was supposed to please her! The entitlement was crazy. She continues with more attitude and I respond if I should just cancel this order to which she responds "whatever works for you"angrily. I say "cancel it" and she hangs up without another word. I drove to the store to get confirmation and receipt of my refund and there is a lady in front of me that the manager is arguing with about a refund, cold pizza and late delivery. (What a surprise) she turns to me and asks what she can help me with as if to dismiss the customer still in front of her and I respond with, "im here for a refund receipt!" The look on her face was priceless, I must say. She looks at my information and proceeds to tell me she can't give me a receipt, it's already processed, but she can show me the screen. I ask to speak to the manager and low and behold she was the manager XD. I couldn't hold in my laughter. I ask for her name to which she refuses and says she doesnt need to tell me her name. I just call her Sierra since on the email tracker that's the manager listed. The best way I can describe her is around 4'10", heavier set, yellow hair, glasses, cant look you straight in the eye and holds mouth open while breathing manager. I'd call her by name but she refused to give it. I walk out and return shortly to get a screenshot of the canceled order. I later get notification of the canceled order through email, which I can't help but think she didn't process until after I showed in person. Horrible service Horrible management Horrible ownership Please...
Read moreI ordered a pizza a couple of days ago and I was following my order online. It said "Delivered" online so I was awaiting my pizza, thinking it was only minutes away. 30 minutes passed before it was eventually delivered, not sure why you guys have the track order on if you abuse it to make it seem like you are delivering pizzas on time.
But here is where the story gets good. I received a free pizza after I found an issue with my order online. I thought that a free pizza was a good gift after waiting over an hour for my first order. So today around 2:45PM I decided to order my free pizza, I got some ranch dipping sauce and tipped the delivery driver, so my order total was around $6 which is fine, because the pizza was free.
Again, I made the mistake of watching the "track order" online and it said it was delivered around 3:15, which of course it wasnt. So I figured this was just par the course for this dominos so I waited, and waited, and waited for my pizza, but no show. 3:30 rolls around I call the store who stated "The pizza just left the store should be there shortly" A bit frustrating but ok thanks. I figure only a few more minutes because I live less than 10 minutes from the store.
4:05 rolls around, closing in on almost an hour after it said my pizza was delivered online, I am beyond frustrated and hungry at this point so I call the store to ask for a refund, which was for the ranch and the drivers tip which was all originally intended for my FREE PIZZA that I received for my first bad experience. Not sure if bad management or just understaffed, but this is the last time I order from dominos, Papa Johns might not have the greatest pizza, but by god do they actually deliver on time, you wont need to wait and 1 hour and 15 minutes to still not...
Read moreGet this! Placed an order by phone at this location using your coupon from a book I purchased on fundraiser at school. Told the person on the phone when ordering I had a coupon "free large pizza with the purchase of a large pizza of equal value or greater. Up to $17.09 value. One coupon per visit. I proceeded to call out my order. Once I placed my order, she informed me that the coupon could only be used with online orders. Coupon plainly states present when ordering. No specifics! Nowhere does it state not valid ordering by phone, not valid on instore orders, only valid with online orders. When I went and picked up my order, I presented the coupon again, pointed at page with 3 more, in my booklet that this location participated, and to show me where it said was not valid when ordering by phone. I was told again, bluntly, I could not use the coupon, right to my face. Needless to say, I felt like walking right out the door without your pizza but my family was hungry. So to support your business, I paid $40.18 for 2 large pizzas with 4 toppings. I have always ordered from Domino's, used my coupons, and enjoyed your pizza. If your buisness has come to this, no more orders from me. I will take my buisness elsewhere and inform others about it. You even state on your pizza box, ANY WAY YOU ORDER, BY PHONE, BY ONLINE, BY INSTORE, We work hard to make it easy for you to get free pizza. You'll get no High-Five from me. So disappointed, I couldn't even enjoy the pizza. As I purchased 2 large pizzas on my visit, I should get 2 free large pizzas of equal value or more, up to $17.09 each as per your coupon. ...
