Don't go early in the morning unless you want to experience incompetence in the drive-thru. ONE car ahead of me. ONE. Did I mention that as I pulled into the drive-thru, there was only ONE car ahead of me finishing up placing their order?
PS. The drive-thru has two lanes. Unfortunately, I chose the lane behind this one guy, instead of the free lane, because I could not see him until I was already well into the lane, making backing out awkward and dangerous. This is also due to the numerous traffic cones placed all over the lanes to keep people from switching, I guess. I don't know why they would do this. It's just not a smart set-up for a brand new store.
Apparently, the guy in front of me had a large order.
So instead of having this ANOMALOUS CUSTOMER pull to the side, like 99% of the fast food companies around the country do when someone places a very large order, I am the one who got TRAPPED in the drive-thru for TWELVE MINUTES without receiving my lonely, meager biscuit.
I eventually had to take it upon my own volition to move your idiotic traffic cones so I could leave the drive-thru line, albeit empty-handed.
👉👉👉 If you can't deliver to me a simple biscuit in less than ten minutes TO THE SECOND CAR IN LINE IN A DRIVE THRU, why are you even in business?
Fail. Dismissed.
I guess, as usual, customer service is a lost art, and logic seldom prevails.

Read moreI placed a curbside order today, when to pick up .... after setting there a few minutes a guy brings out a bag with my burger, fries but NO drink. He asked if I had my drink yet, I chuckled and said no. He said I'll go get it, I handed him a tip and continued waiting for my drink. Continued waiting and continued waiting. Finally I went inside, no one at counter waiting to order, I explained what happened and the lady kindly apologized and handed me a drink. Got home (I live .8 miles from rest), fries are cold and hard, burger not as ordered. Called to speak to manager to complain.... pretty sure the same guy who I'm still waiting on to bring drink answers. Asked for manager, he waited maybe 15 seconds and got back on phone, I explained I wanted manager. He said he was manager and I said no you are not, can I please speak with manager. He waited a few seconds again (and I'm hearing a girl in background asking who is that -both times he was waiting), he got back on phone trying to change his voice telling me he was the manager. Not only do they need employees who will actually do their job but they need someone who will actually let you talk with someone in charge. NOT AGAIN, I'M DONE. Pizza delivery came...
Read moreI really like the food, my family loves to eat here before we go grocery shopping but I swear every single time there's a problem with our order accuracy. If you customize your order it's not correctly done, even if you don't customize anything they forget to include sauces, cookies to the kids meals, it's always something. Get your accuacy up and you can have 5 stars. Our last visit I felt awful having the dining room attendant fix my order, they missed the cookies for the 3 meals, told her and she brought out 1 cookie and 1 graham crackers...
EDIT Went back on August 2 and once again, the order was wrong. My husband asked for no onions on his burger, and surprise—onions. He was literally picking them off when I got back to the table.
I left a review weeks ago about how this location messes up our order every time, and all I got was a generic “we’re sorry” reply. No fix, no follow-up, no offer to make things right. EVEN WORSE the manager Giovanni Cruz addressed me as "Mr. Cruz", I am a Ms.
If you’re going to apologize publicly, maybe actually improve the service instead of copy-pasting responses.
At this point, Whataburger owes us a free meal and a reason to...
