Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Spartanburg

Dropped in one afternoon to grab my daughter and I a smoothie. Normally experience his good but not this day. Waited at the menu board forever before a girl said be with you in a minute. That minute was more like 5 minutes. Finally took my order and I get to the window. I'm expecting to be handed the machine to do my card but instead this girl tells me my amount and jerks my card outta my hand. She hands it back with no receipt or even an ask if I'd like my receipt. Go about my business and 2 days later discover I've been charged a different AMT than quoted. So after calls to the store I'm told that I was charged a tip. First of all I wasn't asked if I'd like to leave a tip. So to me this girl stole from me and should be fired. There's no telling how many people she's done this to. Today is my birthday and I am an over the road truck driver. I ordered from this location through Door Dash and they made my food wrong. When I reached out to the location the girl Kira snapped at me because she thought I was yelling at her when I was just upset. She hung up on me!!! Then when I called back 3 times she picked up and said we’re closed and hung up again. Well now we know how snow flakes handle ruining someone’s Birthday! This is horrible customer service!!!

Update, The regional manager contacted me to discuss this issue and let me know that he will deal with this issue. I also had a wonderful interaction with the young lady who answered the phone this morning. I will be giving this location another chance when I am back in the area again. Ordered my food in the drive through, paid and got my receipt only to see that they got my order wrong on it. I had to wait 10 minutes until someone would come to the window again to ask for it to be fixed. It was clear I was an inconvenience and was asked if I could come in so I wouldn't hold up the line. I had several sleeping kids in the car and couldn't so was told to park up front. I was happy they would fix the mistake however I stupidly didn't check my food, not only did they not fix the sandwich, they changed out my other sandwich and side for my other order.
