On Wednesday, July 28, 2021, I ate at Ron’s for the first time…I was impressed! I am not a big fan of some of the other burger joints on Sprague but I was pleasantly surprised by Ron’s. I ordered the Western that was on special that day (approximately $5) and received a burger that was enough to fill me up. The meat, bacon, and BBQ sauce were all good but what really did it for me was the fresh bun! We ordered two sides of large fries and it was more than enough to feed the five of us who went. Fries are McDonald’s style which usually isn’t my favorite but they wee pretty good. The young lady at the counter was pleasant and patient as three of us put in one large order and the restaurant itself, although older, is clean. We will go back.

From the outside, the place hasn't changed since I can remember pulling up in my moms Chevy Celebrity screaming for orange soda and tarter! I had the MonstaR qudriple patty and cheese monstrosity with a giant bag of fries and a humongous Cherry Pepsi for about 18 bucks! Couldn't finish it! Food was fresh, and it took forever, but when compensated for the steamy freshness, this should be looked past. The tarter is on point, and fries are cispy golden. Still had the same taste and flavor from my childhood blasting me to the backseat! Highly recommend 👌

Waited in line for over 30mins; terrible attitude and customer service from worker. We received half our order; but we paid for the whole order. We were missing fries and the wrong burger; ordered 1/4 pounder and received a small patty no cheese , lettuce or tomato (missing toppings advertised as having) hardly any sauces (ketchup/mustard). Very disappointing; I’ve been coming here since I was a kid with my grandparents and it was the first time for my husband.

It appears the owner only responds to positive feedback here, so this will be for the unsuspecting public. I don't take photos of my food, but I probably should have. My "Super" burger was just a "simple" cheeseburger. Absolutely nothing special about anything at this burger joint. The fries were hot, but I was the only person there at 8pm on a Thursday, I expected them to be hot.

My burger was practically raw. The edges were pink, and the middle was not even close to being cooked or even at a safe temperature to be eaten.

When I took the burger back to the counter and informed the young man that it was not cooked enough for me, he actually asked me if I wanted another one?

I haven't been here in 12+ years. The food is the same today as it was then, nothing special. I expected a good old fashioned cheeseburger, but it really wasn't. At least the counter person didn't stick their hand inside my drink cup this time.

All these people leaving reviews and talking about the days gone by and how this place hasn't changed and all the comments about retro... smh. There's nothing retro here except a few old photographs from the early years. The food (burgers) are only mediocre at best. The fries were ok as was the tarter sauce. Restroom could use a paint job. The graffiti is everywhere. No excuses for lack of employees. There were 3 people working and I was the only customer.

I'll likely never step foot in here again, unless it's to try a shake, but Zip's makes a perfectly great chocolate shake!

Prices here are much lower than Wendy's, I had the 'large' which only means more fries and a larger drink. I usually get a regular-size meal at Wendy's, which costs $15.00, while the large at Ron's was $12.00. So all these people complaining about price are...

Ordered food from there on Friday 11/26/21 and we forgot to add an item. When we got to the window we given our total and then we apologized and asked if it was possible to and a large fries. Drive thru attendant said it was fine and gave us our new total. After we paid and got our items we double checked the order and saw we were missing the large fries our kids meal drink and a shake we ordered so we went into the lobby and told them about the missing items. We were then told that no Everything that we ordered was in the bag and that our order was complete except for the shake. I went back in with the full order and showed it to the Red haired lady at the front and ask she walked me through the order she was being rude and noticed that we were missing the kids drink and ice cream. She gave me the drink and when I asked about the extra large order of fries she and the Window Attendant said it wasnt on our order receipt. When I told them once again the situation they said that there was no other receipts so i got frustrated even more and left…my wife then got mad went indside and started arguing with the same two people and told them to give her the money back or give her the fries she paid for. They told her that same thing about the item not being on the receipt and so she asked them to check their system they checked and OMG there are the fries!! This whole thing could have been resolved alot faster if they used better customer service and actually looked up the order instead of just arguing with customers. Very bad experience and super annoying....

My experience was not good. Very sad. Lived here my entire life and this was always a place to go in the valley. Went into the restaurant and ordered a large milkshake and told them I was going to use the restroom and I would be right back. Got in the restroom it was fairly clean and I couldn't get out of the restroom when I went to leave. The door wouldn't open. I am a female, 59 years old with rheumatoid arthritis. Tried the locks did everything I could and couldn't get it open until I decided to use my leg as a ballast and pull back as hard as I possibly could and shook it and finally it loosened and I was able to get out. I went into the restaurant a little bit upset because I couldn't get out of the bathroom and the young blondish young guy said, "Nobody's ever had that happen before", and made a big deal about it, which upset me even more. So, I saw my root beer shake sitting on the counter which I paid an enormous amount for and it wasn't a milkshake. I asked him to remake it and they said that their milkshakes now taste like root beer floats instead of milkshakes. I just kept it and walked out I couldn't believe the service I got there. And the door stuck because there was so much yuck on the door, it was stuck shut. The same young male checked the door and he said the locks were all working fine and it made sense that it was just so filthy dirty on that part that it wouldn't even come open. Shame on Ron's for the service, shame on Ron's for how I was treated and shame on you for not having proper milkshakes. Such a...
