Why can this place not make an accurate drink? It's hit or miss with service if you get someone friendly or not. Every drink no matter what tastes likes burnt espresso. I gave it two stars as my husband and friend used to like the black coffee but recently it hasn't tasted as good as the other locations in their opinion. Limited sugar free options. I finally ordered off their special menu and tried their pumpkin drink and banana bread drink dealing with full sugar just to get something they were familiar with. It tastes like burnt coffee and a ton of milk. I dint not taste the flavor at all. For the price, I'd rather go down the road and get something yummy and not tasting burnt like. I gave a five star for their food as their chorizo burrito and gouda Sammie are pretty good but i think they just have to microwave that and sometimes they don't do that right and I have to nuke it again when home or at work. My order is never complex its just a burrito and a blended coffee. I just not impressed with the service. They are slow and never remember an order. I constantly get questions about my order when I am at the window. Like today, I ordered my normal burrito and blended coffee I get up to the window I sit there for at least 6 mins, I can see the staff just talking and taking their time. Meanwhile, there is a line of cars now behind me. They ask me questions about my drink, I finally get my drink and they are charging me out without my burrito. I ask for my burrito and they forgot. Read moreI was a regular customer using the drive through over the past few months. I'd stop on my way to work and sometimes on the weekends. I always ordered an Americano with sugar and extra cream. On four occasions I received no cream at all. Since I don't drink black coffee I am out the drink and the cost. Each time this happened I informed the barista when I went back the next time. This past Saturday I went through the drive through on my way to Costco. After I parked my car I found that I again did not have cream in my coffee. After I finished shopping I went back through the drive through and informed the barista that once again I received no cream. She apologized and then added cream to my cold coffee.
