I ordered and worked with Mike to get the carpet for my nursery. He was willing to work with me on pricing and my budget, and was good at following up with any issues or questions I had. Highly recommend working with Mike!

Only con that I had was for the confusion that was from Brian & Debbie the morning the installation was scheduled that caused a lot of stress (I scheduled out about 2-3 weeks ahead). Brian called to inform me that he was sick the morning of my installation at about 8:55am and offered to have a call back from staff to see if they could get anyone else out for the install, then shortly after I recieved a call from Debbie informing me that their was no one available to do the installation, and that I had to reschedule with them.

Fortunately, about an hour after I received the calls from Brian and Debbie, Mike called (unaware of their phone calls to me) that he knew of Brian's sick day that morning and had made arrangements with other installers to get my carpet done same day.

I made a lot of arrangements to have help with the nursery furniture the day of install (since at 7 months pregnant I am unable to lift furniture myself), and when I was told the install was cancelled, I had to reschedule the help I had planned, only to find out that it was all for nothing and I had to get the help situation fixed again.

All in all I do recommend Carpet Barn Liquidation Center, but make sure you work with MIKE! He'll take...

After being let down by another company that promised a 4-week turnaround (and didn’t deliver), I walked into Carpet Barn expecting more of the same. Instead, I was blown away. I picked out a carpet in-store, and within 30 minutes, the gentleman at the counter had personally called one of his installers to get our space measured.

The very next day, the carpet was installed flawlessly. The installers showed up right on time, completed the entire job in under 8 hours, and left no mess or leftover scraps. The craftsmanship was spot-on, and the fit was perfect.

What truly stood out, though, was the follow-up call from the store just to ensure we were happy with the results. That level of care is rare. They turned what had become a frustrating, stressful experience into a smooth, seamless one and made our entire company feel taken care of.

We are happy with the results but the initial installation was pushed back a day and our cost went up $780 over the estimate (took away 1 star). Our house is over a 100 years old and the sub flooring in our kitchen and downstairs bathroom was far worse than anticipated. The first installer (they sent out) said he couldn't do the job and we thought we'd have to start over. But our helpful sales rep Brandon was able to get a team to come out the very next day (Saturday before Easter). The team was very professional (lead by Edward) and moved appliances (refrigerator and stove), toilet (installed new ring), replaced all subflooring, and installed the new top flooring as well as hauled away all debris. The floor now makes our kitchen and bathroom look new! Overall we made a good investment in our home at a reasonable price and recommend using Carpet Barn's Liquidation Center....
