The food is great and the milkshakes are the best, but lord have mercy on these peeps, literally to this day I have not received my order correctly. It's always something they forgot to add or something they forgot to take off but to this day have not got my order correctly idk why or what's going on but It's getting kind of annoying now, like today. For instance I went for my daily strawberry milkshake that I go get every day and they give me plain vanilla like damb... me thinking I was a daily customer to them and that they would remember me by now lol. So yeah that's basically the only downfall, n 50/50 on customer service , sometimes u get a hella nice n happy cashier n other times a rude and annoyed...

I used to work for zips but at the blowfish location, same owners! Same great food! I always try to leave a great review everywhere I go if the food was amazing and the service was good! It seems like everyone always leaves reviews if the food or service was terrible. This is the opposite. The gentleman who helped me with the hat on at the counter was so pleasant and had the best customer service! The best. We had to find a new zips, the one near the house has the chunky tarter and I don't care for it. This zips has the zesty, smooth taste I have grown up knowing. Burgers were prepared perfect, and the staff. Well, the staff was right there while training a new employee and stepped in when they got a little flustered.
