I have never had such a problem with atilantos up until Monday evening, I typically go to the downtown location so I thought the service and food would be about the same quality; I was wrong. The server Andy, completely ruined my friends orders & mine as well. I asked for carne asada tacos with sour cream and cheese, I received cold old chicken tacos without any of the toppings I requested. My friends rice was cold, and their rolled tacos came out in one solid piece that she claimed tasted and felt old. Before we left to go to attempt to fix this order, my friend called to complain which eventually Andy hung up on us mid call after giving us attitude, not apologizing & just disrespectful overall. When we arrived in person, we were told we would have to give them the food they gave us back to them even though we threw it away and I’m pretty sure that’s not legal. Andy denied giving us a refund and denied giving us any food. I will never visit this location again, I’d rather travel a extra 15 minutes to the downtown location where they are respectful, cook great food, and give me the actual items as requested. Well the staff and service has gone all to hell the last few times I've been but today takes the cake. The place wasn't busy at all and I put my order in after the long conversation among employees ended . I ordered a #10 which is 2 street tacos and beans and rice ... pretty simple order and in the past all my orders have never taken more than 5 to 10 minutes . As I'm waiting though 3 to 4 more customers come in . They all put their orders in and still no food . Then when the guy after me gets his order before me which by the way was more involved than a couple of street tacos . I get up and go ask if they had lost my order . The little gal said " no sir he's making it" and yells in Spanish back to the cook and I'm guessing he knew nothing about it . She then turns around and looks on the counter for her 3x5 recipe card and turns around to give it to him. She then turns around and tells me he's making it sir ..this has been almost 25 minutes by now . No coupon, no refund, and most of all No apologies for there mistake .
