Was not super impressed right from the get go. The concept of this place is confusing. A tavern with reservations, hostess’s as servers, decor matched the confusing theme, attempted gastropub like menu in a so called Tavern. The whole idea here is confusing. The office like space upfront with 2 way mirrors is an interesting concept. When first checking into our RESERVATION at a TAVERN with the hostes/server, she had to run to the back several times to “check our reservation.” Why she didn’t have a schedule or list at the front was interesting. Took 5 mins just to be seated for our reservation from all the running around. The food looks pretty. But lacking flavor and seasoning. The food is not worth the price you pay. The cheesecake tasted frozen and ordered in. Also lacking that cheese cake taste. Flavor was much more like whipped cream tasting and texture. Homemade fries were good tho. It was also distracting what seemed to be the owner/manager kept looking over the wall behind the table we were seated at. It’s great to check on your guests and staff. But maybe in a more discrete professional way. We were trying to enjoy our time, but kept feeling like we were being watched. Made it uncomfortable.

Happy we gave this place a try. Can’t say we will recommend to family or friends. Expensive for the lack of flavor lust in the dishes. Waitress did check in, asked how things were....

My family of four plus my parents ate at Eddie’s Kitchen & Tavern for the first time on March 15, 2025. Upon entering the restaurant, the interior looks much better than it did when Mac Daddy’s owned the space. Everything was relatively clean and the new color scheme was warm and inviting.

The menu itself has a lot of good stuff on it: pastas, burgers, sandwiches, and apps. The best part is that prices are far better than most similar places around town. Portions are good too which make the overall value of Eddie’s excellent.

I ordered the grandma’s lasagna and my wife ordered the B-B-Q burger. My children (7 y.o. and 5 y.o.) ordered off the kid’s menu with one ordering the sliders and the other the grilled cheese. I enjoyed the lasagna—lots of meat and they really load you up on the sauce which is how I like it. My wife said she thought her burger was pretty good but that it was a little dry. Both my children ate their meals.

We took one of the trivia games from the shelf and entertained ourselves as we waited for our food…I thought the availability of the games was a nice touch. I think it had mostly to do with a big table behind us, but it was extremely hard to hear one another at our own table. Our server did a very nice job. She was friendly, accurate, and filled up our drink glasses whenever they started to get low. I would definitely return to Eddie’s...

Eddie’s Kitchen & Tavern is a gem that keeps us coming back for more! The food here is nothing short of phenomenal—their burgers and appetizers are absolute standouts. There’s something magical about their dishes; they leave you waking up craving that next bite, a rare feat for any restaurant. The flavors are bold, memorable, and keep you hooked, making every visit feel like a treat.

The atmosphere is another highlight, with a cool, inviting vibe that’s perfect for both lunch and dinner. Whether you’re catching up with friends or enjoying a date night, Eddie’s nails the ambiance. Their drinks are just as impressive, crafted by bartenders who clearly know their stuff. Each cocktail is mixed to perfection, adding to the overall experience.

Service is top-notch, and our server, Michelle, deserves a special shoutout. She’s always pleasant, professional, and makes every visit even better with her warm demeanor. Eddie’s Kitchen & Tavern is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food, drinks, and a welcoming environment. We can’t...

Stopped in for lunch with my bride yesterday. The restaurant was pretty empty of guests and only one waitress was seen working the whole place. She was nice and took our orders and the food and drinks arrived pretty quickly. We both tried the fish and chips and Huckleberry lemonade. Fish were fried a bit long and were dark but tasted ok. The hand cut potatoes with skin still on were amazing. The decor is lacking with a few pictures around in places but needs more to make it feel more like a theme. Building has an industrial feel with black ceilings with vents in the open and fabric covers over the florescent lights to tone it down. Benches are very hard and not comfortable, not easy to get into and out of with protruding rounded edges above the cushions. Prices were in line with a sit down restaurant. Overall it was a good place to check out and met our needs.

Visited, as it is relatively new and in the area, plus they sent an ad in the mail so it was on the radar. Upon walking in (around dinnertime on a Saturday), it was pretty busy, as expected. There wasn't anyone greeting at the front door, so we seated ourselves. It felt that it did take a little bit to get our orders taken, but they were busy. Ordered an appetizer, an entre, and a cider, and all were delicious! The steak bite appetizers were very tender and juicy; full of flavor! And the "Eddie's Signature Burger" was one of the tastier burgers I have had when eating out. Aside from the busy and somewhat slow service, they were very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
