Pizza Pipeline — Restaurant in Washington

Ordered online pickup in store and only ordered a raspberry cream cheese dessert pizza and half order of cinnamon tricky stix. My husband waited 20 minutes to leave since it's 3 blocks away. He went in and the blue haired lady at the counter was rude from the start "what order?" I guess they hadn't seen the ticket print from the online order and hadn't started the order yet. So she told him 15 min. The place was completely empty and he thought maybe they were short staffed until 3 more employees came out of the back and asked what the order was. He finally got the order and brought it home, the tricky stix were really good the dessert pizza was really weird though. The first bite was soft and soggy like it hadn't been cooked long enough. Kind of disappointing and probably won't order it again in the future. Customer service these days is so under rated and dismissed. Wish businesses would realize that happy customers are essential to success. Seemed like the employees were more interested in hanging out and socializing instead of doing the job they're paid for puts more stress on the people...

Man. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering!! I was so hopeful.

Sorry to yell, but I'm pised!!

Pizza pipeline used to make the best pizza!! I remember being a kid in my first apartment. It was worth paying more if I had a few extra $$

We'd order cheese and mushrooms

They'd put them on there corner to corner, crust to crust.

So freaking good.

Other one was Canadian bacon and pineapple. (Cooked pineapple rocks;)

Just gross. Too much crust, undercooked and almost WAY too much sauce.

I don't normally freak out like this but I paid almost $60 for 2 medium pizzas, some cinnastix and soda and that was with their special!

Cinnastix were on point. They serve the bomb cream cheese dip (always order extra....)

There's no way I'd return. There's a place with a red sign that rocked it the other day. I need to get their...

So we ordered online, which was easy. I just hate pizza. My family sort of forces me into a pizza night fairly regularly, and adults get sick of eating like that. It's boring, it's the same flavor every time, and "pizza night" always makes me groan. So tonight I looked at their menu and decided to get a philly steak for the adults, just because it didn't look like it would taste generic. I was so surprised, not only did it not taste generic, it tasted like philly steak! It was soooooooooooooo good, and it really gave me back a flavor for trying pizzas that aren't average, generic, run of the mill. The sauces were why I was reluctant to even try it, but they are wonderful. It was a great experience overall, although in today's world we never really interacted with a person, it made our dinner fabulous. Contactless delivery was perfect! Totally our new pizza of choice.
