Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Spokane

NOT WORTH THE RISK (ZERO STARS IF I COULD)

So, I have had MULTIPLE ISSUES with this store.

Back in December I had an issue with their in store pick up system and their staff not marking it as ready. Leaving me to sit an extra 45 min in my car for my sandwich. That wasn't marked ready or placed in the pick up area. Wrapped and forgotten behind the counter…

I have had 2 issues since. This second one has really pushed me over.

The first time was a month ago, when I tried their service for delivery. I ordered a little too close to closing but I didn't think it should've been an issue (especially since it let me put in an order) .... it took an hour and a half to get my sandwich to me. And all the driver had to say was "I'm sorry for the wait" and turned and left. (My assumption was that they closed and took the time to clean the store before they brought me my sandwich on their way home)

Today! I unwrap my sandwich, and proceed to tuck in the meat and veggies so they aren't falling out. I noticed it looked weird. Maybe I got the wrong sandwich. Nope. They just missed the important part of my sandwich. The #12 beach club. I was supposed to get a turkey+ sandwich. There was ONLY PROVOLONE. NO TURKEY (photo added) and then the rest of the veggies. BUT the guac was yellow in places, and the pickles were OLD.

I'M UNBELIEVABLY...

First of all when my wife called in our order, the employee answering the phone was a bit rude. We ordered two #17's "The Ultimate porker. As far as speed they've definitely got that down. And that's great since that's what Jimmy John's is famous for!! Are order was just that two #17's. Nothing special. Over the telephone my wife specifically told the Jimmy John's employee are order, I counted five different times. The Jimmy John's under achiever sounded high, he wasn't even able to receive the order correctly. Asking my wife for her credit card information over and over again. I heard her tell him that we wanted extra meat and extra pickles along with two soda's one large two medium. "Please don't forget two bags of bbq chips." Again order arrived quickly. In the received order there was no extra meat on either sandwich, the soda's were wrong. No extra pickles one instead of two bags of bbq chips, the receipt had all of what we ordered and paid for printed on it. But we were plainly gipped. It's too bad I use to like Jimmy John's on Division. Been going there for years. Anyhow now there's #GrubHub and much better sandwich shop's in Spokane. Subway being one of...

Walked in a couple of weeks ago and immediately got yelled at and ran off. Apparently they were "out of bread" (even though we saw a huge rack of bread sitting in plain sight). A little shell-shocked and confused we just turned around and walked out. Went back today and immediately someone hollered at us again, this time we were told that unless we had an online order we would be waiting 15 to 20 minutes. You know how Jimmy John's says they are "freaky fast"? not at this location. There were 4 people working and not one of them welcomed us in...no one said thank you and they ALL moved like they were in slow motion. No urgency or efficiency....and they were all quite disgruntled. Every table and seat has smears and crumbs so we sat at the cleanest dirty table we could find. When our sandwiches were finally done a girl held them up and ready off their numbers instead of the name of the sandwiches. It took me a minute to figure out that it was our lunch...because I don't work there. Some of the worst customer service we have experienced. I will never understand why hateful people get jobs where they work with the public. Super rude, horribly slow and the place is...
