Pizza Pipeline — Restaurant in Spokane

The guy who answered the phone took the order I was put on hold for quite many times and for a long time I know they're busy but I patiently waited I was nice The guy was rude from the get-go says he's a manager couldn't even do my order right want to rush me as I was ordering each thing didn't even want to repeat my order wasn't even listening He kept swearing saying damn it as he had to keep putting other people on hold as I had to hold for other people but he didn't want to sound like he wanted to take an order down He wanted to rush through it so that's why he messed up my order when we got it the delivery man was even rude said that he wants to give up his job because he's sick and tired of it we asked where is the other item that we ordered which was a sandwich that we never got we ordered eight items only got seven came to $123 just about took longer than usual we were told about 35 to 45 minutes maybe 50 tops instead of took an hour and 22 minutes and the food was all cold and didn't taste right didn't look right looked like smashed. 2 large pizzas the Hawaiian luau extreme, Cajun sauce Italian sausage green bell peppers , 2 lbs bone in zesty lime chicken wings , 4 subs got cheated no 4 just 3 two French dips was suppose to be 2 pipeliners too got only one and not the other one wasn't even made right not was I had ordered at all. Also one 2 liter bottle of Pepsi cherry pop. They're such screw ups there they used to be better than that although had problems with them before messing up they don't want to seem to make things right we're just the customers that bring them the business they don't care after they get your money It's overpriced and skimpy. Now on Pizza Hut gets my business. The guy I called about it was the same guy that took my order was very rude classless and careless poor people skills Billy Toney Jr. It's his name says he's a manager What a joke So it's employees are bean counters . Update: I did give them a second chance, got chased out by one of the older workers, called his staff “like running a daycare” and then proceeded to try and charge me $5 for two slices of pizza at 12:31 pm, when I’m pretty sure I’ve always purchased two slices for $2 from the same exact worker as well…. So as I said last time; I have recently experience less than acceptable service. This recent interaction being the worst. I end up just going to the bar side because you get served faster there, I waited for the server to come by and ask me what I needed, which was the lunch special, a drink and two slices for $6, so she says it comes with a coors light for the beer, I ask her if there is a way I can switch it out for a corona for a little extra (as I’ve done this before) she ends up saying yes that’s fine. I’m waiting for about 20 minutes for my pizza, not even sipping my beer because I’m waiting for food, and then I notice the two gentlemen next to me were served instantly when they asked for pizza. So I ask the waitress why I haven’t received my pizza yet and she looks at me and says “ I thought you said you were waiting” nowhere in the conversation did I say I was waiting on my food selection, there’s one lunch deal and that’s the obvious one we were talking about. I ended up getting charged $5 for the beer and no food at all. Very disappointed, will not be returning...

The current manager is unbelievably rude. I specifically remember asking for cheesy bread, pizza, soda, and tricky sticks. I waited an hour and paid $50. My food gets here...no cheesy bread. So I called back and talked to the same woman who placed my order. I told her they forgot my cheesy bread. She had an attitude right away. She said I was wrong and repeated my order back to me minus the cheesy bread. I know for a fact I asked for it. It's my favorite part and I get them EVERY time I order and I order from here often. I asked if I could get some at a discount and she said "No. I can't do that. Next time specify what you want." I kid you not that is what she said to me. I couldn't believe it. I went full Karen on this lady and asked to talk to her manager because nobody gets in the way of me and my cheesy bread and gets to have the AUDACITY to be rude to me about it. And here's the kicker...she WAS the manager. How does someone with ZERO people skills become a manager? She messed up and doesn't want to admit it.
