Pita Pit — Restaurant in Spokane

I have ordered a couple of times through thier app. They use 3rd party delivery through door dash.

When my food had shown as 'delivered' through a text through door dash and still wasn't here 45 minutes after the driver was supposed to deliver it (and about an hour after it was picked up), I called the store. They male on the phone said he was the only one working so there wasn't much he could do and passed the blame onto doordash. He didn't seem like he was interested at all in helping me and only offered to find a solution after I told him I wasn't ok with the passing the blame and refund offer. He actually said "so you think this is my fault?"

The problem is, I'm an insulin dependent diabetic on a pump and I ordered that food to be good timing for a meal. A refund doesn't help avoid me being sick.

I asked if there was a manager to speak to, and he told me he would call his manager to call me. I was told the manager would call me when he got in. He/she never did.

I finally got my order a full hour after it was supposed to be here. I called to let them know and they told me to take it up with Doordash. Doordash told me they would contact the store for a refund. We will see if I actually get one.

On top of it all, the sauce I asked for was missing.

Gave 2 stars instead of one because the other times I have placed orders I got a female that was very kind, prompt and professional. Not sure what was...

Horrible, horrible, horrible

Walked in to thebdoor with blaring music full of profanity and sexually explicit, had to ask staff to turn it down, obviously music staff brought themselves. Hurriedly pushed through line. Kept trying to push us out (1 hr to close) - asked if we wanted a bag to take our food in - while making it, when I responded we would be eating here - staff intentionally spilled food, said "oh well." Sauces already put away, not offered. Floors wet from mopping - no floor signs (glad I was paying attention), so loud we could not hear staff's questions while making our food. Outside table umbrella folded up, inside door, blocking exit. Told other customers that some sauces (i.e. pesto) are no longer offered. Have given this place many chances - management/owner seems passive aggressive and blows off requests. Some really good staff sometimes - buy lately, too loud, too...

Don't bother. They'll tell you 20 min and you'll wait over an hr

Edit. Yes I can tell you more. I called in 540 they were too busy to take my order. I called 10 minutes later and a feminine voice took my order, she said 15/20 minutes. I waited until 620 to arrive so that was 30 min later and still had to wait a half hour for one pita that was supposed to be ready when I got there. Nobody apologized or cared whatsoever. But she literally apologized to the next customer and called me rude because I was upset I waited so long. I wasn't even marginally rude all I said was I waited over an hour, she ignored my comment and went and talked about me to the next guy. I'm rude for saying something, ok. I was starving and hadn't eaten yet today I could have went...
