This location has employees that do not know their menu Assistant manager tries to cover up when somebody has a situation like allergy food served after asking the employee does this have this ingredient and the employee not knowing the ingredients says A lie. Then proceeds to try to sell you the product that you’re asking does this have that ingredient. When you asked to not have that ingredient in your meal you’re still served that ingredient. Spoke with a member of management
The assistant manager was very rude used profanity and swearing on the phone. Told me take my business elsewhere. My business was a group of individuals from corporate restaurant owners. All these restaurant owners came to Spokane to do a serve-safe certification management program. This was a prime example of how not to have your restaurant be represented and be healthwise conscious.
The order was placed…
Took 25 to 30 minutes to receive the order
Many of the individuals in the group received wrong items in their meal, Including myself.
Several of the individuals didn’t even receive part of their meal and had to go back and ask where is this? by presenting their receipt.
Employees were argumentative and disgruntle.
A very awful day.
Concluded my normal business day.
Called on the next official business day to speak with a manager from staff, when one was available since the evening shift said WE needed to call back when a day manager was on. Original call was from a hospital phone trying to speak to a manager Coworker is having a massive allergy attack due to the condition of wrongfully presented food that was supposed to Specifically by request not have that Allergic item in their food.
Was greeted with hostility and standoff behavior. Assistant manager has identified by the person speaking on the phone was so beyond rude that the individuals that were witnessing the phone call on speaker shake their head in shame.
This will never be a location for any of the business ventures with all of our friends that work with the Taco Bell corporation from East Coast to West Coast and I plan to take this all the way to the corporate head.
I am leaving this comment as a reminder to those at work on shift that they have made mistakes and human error does occur but when human errors do occur, ownership of the error must...

Read moreAnother experience ending in dismay.. remade food should be better, not WORSE... I was polite at the drive thru speaker (at around 1AM) and presented my concerns with a grilled cheese burrito that looked more like a "barely melted" cheese burrito and an order of nacho fries that looked half-eaten and smelled like old gym socks.. replacement items were produced... at this juncture, I'm beyond frustrated as there was lettuce and a couple little pieces of tomato melted into the cheese this time, it's still nowhere close to "grilled" and it wouldn't even stay rolled up because of the (seemingly intentional) utterly terrible assembly of what is usually top-notch tasty, taco-treat tranquility..... appetite ruined, dinner given to homeless people camping downtown.. When I went back through to receive a refund----3rd time through the drive thru line----I was patronized with drippy smiles that reeked of artificial customer service and then given a refund for 2/3 of my order--the gymsock fries and the passive-aggressive-cheese-melt-wrap, but not the large soda... I didn't have the energy to argue that I wanted the entire order refunded due to the 1-star food, 2.5-star service and the 45ish minutes it had been since my initial order, but I think a call to Mr. Stewart is happening tomorrow. I'm tired of just waving it off due to the hassle of it all; that's a huge reason it keeps happening--they aren't being held accountable by letting it go in favor of being non-confrontational. Enough is enough. Come on downtown Taco B, get...
