Another experience ending in dismay.. remade food should be better, not WORSE... I was polite at the drive thru speaker (at around 1AM) and presented my concerns with a grilled cheese burrito that looked more like a "barely melted" cheese burrito and an order of nacho fries that looked half-eaten and smelled like old gym socks.. replacement items were produced... at this juncture, I'm beyond frustrated as there was lettuce and a couple little pieces of tomato melted into the cheese this time, it's still nowhere close to "grilled" and it wouldn't even stay rolled up because of the (seemingly intentional) utterly terrible assembly of what is usually top-notch tasty, taco-treat tranquility..... appetite ruined, dinner given to homeless people camping downtown.. When I went back through to receive a refund----3rd time through the drive thru line----I was patronized with drippy smiles that reeked of artificial customer service and then given a refund for 2/3 of my order--the gymsock fries and the passive-aggressive-cheese-melt-wrap, but not the large soda... I didn't have the energy to argue that I wanted the entire order refunded due to the 1-star food, 2.5-star service and the 45ish minutes it had been since my initial order, but I think a call to Mr. Stewart is happening tomorrow. I'm tired of just waving it off due to the hassle of it all; that's a huge reason it keeps happening--they aren't being held accountable by letting it go in favor of being non-confrontational. Enough is enough. Come on downtown Taco B, get it together!!

The times I have been to this location, the people at the drive-thru have been the nicest I have ever ordered from, unlike a location in Spokane Valley where they were really rude. I have two issues with this location though: 1) What is with the hours? Everytime I look they're different. I get off work at 11pm and don't think about food until 12am/1am. Sometimes this location is open till 2:30am, sometimes it's not. And it's not a matter of weekend hours or other. Right now, as I'm writing this review, this location is listed on both Google and Taco Bell's website as closing at midnight every day except Tuesday. 2) Recent order included a Pintos and Cheese. Last time I checked, hair was not any of the ingrediants. EDIT: They've lost a few stars. I completely understand shortage due to supply chain issues. It happens, that's fine, just move on. What I don't understand is how I place an order and then between order and getting to the window, an item is removed and you don't tell me. We thought two items were missing from our order. Since it was after Lobby closed, we went back into the Drive-Thru line. Once we got to the order box again, they informed us they were closing because of lack of product. Kay, fine, but we're here about an item missing from our order. The guy had to think for a minute and then informed us that they were out of beans which means they removed it from the order. Jee, thanks for telling us.

To the owner who installed this misleading sign by the window: take it off. The line in the drive thru was huge. We went and tried to other at the “Walk-up window, order here after 10PM”. One staff told us that they don’t take any orders from the window. Said we needed to do it from the app or just use the drive thru. Okay, we ordered from the app. And we waited 25 minutes. They received the order and didn’t work on it, they were just preparing the orders from the drive-thru. When they finally prepared our order, they just left it on the bar for another 10 minutes. We saw 15 cars pass by the drive thru and our order came just when a graveyard shift staff arrived, and saw our order sitting on the bar. What is the purpose of installing that sign, if you don’t take orders there (because you don’t have a cash register in there)? Just to add more work to the minimum wage employees who already have enough with managing orders from the drive thru?

This location has employees that do not know their menu Assistant manager tries to cover up when somebody has a situation like allergy food served after asking the employee does this have this ingredient and the employee not knowing the ingredients says A lie. Then proceeds to try to sell you the product that you’re asking does this have that ingredient. When you asked to not have that ingredient in your meal you’re still served that ingredient. Spoke with a member of management

The assistant manager was very rude used profanity and swearing on the phone. Told me take my business elsewhere. My business was a group of individuals from corporate restaurant owners. All these restaurant owners came to Spokane to do a serve-safe certification management program. This was a prime example of how not to have your restaurant be represented and be healthwise conscious.

The order was placed…

Took 25 to 30 minutes to receive the order

Many of the individuals in the group received wrong items in their meal, Including myself.

Several of the individuals didn’t even receive part of their meal and had to go back and ask where is this? by presenting their receipt.

Employees were argumentative and disgruntle.

A very awful day.

Concluded my normal business day.

Called on the next official business day to speak with a manager from staff, when one was available since the evening shift said WE needed to call back when a day manager was on. Original call was from a hospital phone trying to speak to a manager Coworker is having a massive allergy attack due to the condition of wrongfully presented food that was supposed to Specifically by request not have that Allergic item in their food.

Was greeted with hostility and standoff behavior. Assistant manager has identified by the person speaking on the phone was so beyond rude that the individuals that were witnessing the phone call on speaker shake their head in shame.

This will never be a location for any of the business ventures with all of our friends that work with the Taco Bell corporation from East Coast to West Coast and I plan to take this all the way to the corporate head.

I am leaving this comment as a reminder to those at work on shift that they have made mistakes and human error does occur but when human errors do occur, ownership of the error must...

It'sssssss food. If you need a review of taco bell I'm going to assume your Amish or live under a rock. Now this applies to all the taco bells I've been to . when you enter for your convenience there's a height chart at the door. As you venture further in to the establishment you'll notice behind eager faces are the employs waiting to serve you there is a menu. Now you will have to make some hard decisions. Once you have made your selections between the tacos burritos bowls wraps an extreme whatever's you then greet the eagerly awaiting employee who'll now take your order. They will hand you your drink cup and just like that you work here now. One of your choices from the soda machine is it Taco Bell exclusive seafoam green Mountain Dew. While you fill your drink a hard-working employee will be assembling tacos just for you. Once you have filled your drink you will have the important task of choosing a hot sauce. There are several to choose from Choose Wisely. Don't forget the napkins. And sporks are your friend. By now your order just might be ready. Now you can make a run for the border and get out of there with your drink hot sauce and food but why should the fun end there? No no we can't let the fun end there. So you take your your food ,you drink, your hot sauce, your napkins and your spork and find a nice place to sit. You'll pick from an array brightly colored plastic furniture that is at your disposal! Once you find the spot for you Settle in now you're ready to eat. After enjoying a scrumptious meal you will deposit your trash and one of the receptacles available around you. I know in your heart you will want to stay but that's not allowed do I have to go back out into the world be free and...
