i’ve come here so many times since moving to spring hill and every time, i wonder why i come back. there can be one car in the drive thru ahead of me and i’ll still get told to wait just a minute, which is fine, but it can easily turn into 5 minutes, and it has plenty of times. on top of that, the actual food and drinks are always hit or miss. you have to hope for the best when pulling up to this Dunkin. i’ve been told at 6 in the morning that they can’t make any food due to appliances being down but that they did have a bunch of hashbrowns they went ahead and made. there’s been a handful of times that i could actually drink my coffee when i’ve gotten it because usually it tastes old, or completely watered down and all i normally get is an iced coffee with just almond milk. If you do come to this Dunkin, just hope Marissa isn’t taking your order. my roommate and i carpool to work most days and we’ll stop here and get two separate orders in the drive thru. Twice, literally today being the second time, she has audibly sighed when my roommate has asked if they don’t mind doing two separate orders. i didn’t realize it was such a huge inconvenience and if that’s the case, i wish that was prefaced somewhere because then we just wouldn’t waste our time. thankfully most of the kids working there have terrific attitudes or id just think this Dunkin really didn’t want...
Read moreOne extra star because this location is impressively still open, and allegedly functional enough to stay that way for now.
Went inside my first visit a few months back, to grab some food to go for my brother and I(no rush going on, 10am on a weekend or something), ended up waiting nearly half an hour. Cheese not melted on a single item and the girl that made my food had it on the grill for 10+ mins, and was clearly in training(but making my food on her own). Minimal urgency going on, but this team also seemed very young and lost. Like, there was stress, it was just over issues that I as a patron with a few years food XP coulda likely fixed. Between then and now, before today, my orders have been generally bad, but thankfully doordash refunds me if it's not edible. Today, though, we got coffees that were VISIBLY wrong, one sandwich fully pancaked, egg smelled fermented on two of the sandwiches, and they even forgot some bottled powerades. I mean it was gross. Out of 4 sandwiches and 2 coffees, we scored one coffee and a questionable sandwich that at least doesn't stink/look particularly bad. I've never been able to have a good experience here, I'm 24 & know to not be too hard on service industry workers, I go into it likely hungover and quite hopeful each time. 😮💨 thoughts and prayers for dunkin...
Read moreI give this Dunkin a try once every month or so. I’ve come to expect that the service will generally be backed up in the mornings. It’s not that the service is terrible, it’s more like you cannot get service. 60% of the time I drive through (in the am) they tell me they are sorry they are behind on orders. That seemed strange because there are only 3 or so cars in the drive thru. Finally the last couple of times I’ve come to understand this…. They are too busy working on to-go orders from online/mobile orders. They are the first priority rather than the in-person customers. The last visit was the worst. As I drive into the drive-thru line, I noticed people just pulling away without ordering. When it was my turn to order, the person on the speaker seemed overwhelmed and said, “l’m sorry but we’re backed up and it will be a 10 minute wait”. I said ok, do you want me to wait here, she said no you can’t. No direction, just made statements. So. I drive back around and within 5 minutes, another person told me it would be a 20 minute wait due to online orders. I mean, folks, this is absurd. I’ll also be contacting corporate in the morning. The owners need to know what’s up. I’m afraid since the service is this bad…they...
