Disappointing Experience at Jersey Mike's Springhill
I'm extremely disappointed with the service and cleanliness at this location. My son and I visited to order subs for my family, but the dirty restaurant and poor service drove us away.
The counter was littered with lettuce, and there was a knife covered in mayonnaise just sitting out. Despite two employees asking if I needed help multiple times, the mess and distractions made it difficult for me to even order.
Unfortunately, the state of the restaurant and the service were unacceptable. We left without placing an order and instead, I had to walk over to Publix to order eight subs for my family.
My message to Jersey Mike's: If you want to help me, start by cleaning up your restaurant! It was disgusting and dirty. I will never go back to Jersey Mike's again.
Hopefully, management will address these issues to provide a better experience for customers. And the time that I went, there was April 1 at around 7:00 PM and there was no customers in the store so there was no reason for the store to be that dirty instead the two employees were just walking around asking me if I need something multiple times as I’m trying to decide But instead, I left because I was aggravated with the dirtiness...
Read moreOrdered ahead on the app. Pickup time was 15 minutes from ordering. Got there just as order should have been ready. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our sandwiches. They didn’t even get our drinks and chips we ordered. We had to get our own. And of course, I forgot to grab 1 so that’s $2.99 I just gave back to them. Plus the tip I left. No way it should have taken that long. If I had just walked up it would have been faster. People walking in after me were getting their orders faster that way. Read moreUpdated: Amending to 3 stars as the GM called today after responding to my review and made it right. It was more work than it needed to be to get it corrected but the manager was very polite and apologized.
Absolutely terrible customer service and experience. I definitely would not recommend ordering from this location but especially from the app. I ordered a sandwich from the app and it was wrong when I got it home. I called very politely and was told there was nothing they could do because it must have been a glitch with the app. I offered to provide screenshots from the app showing the correct order how I had placed it but was still told that when the app messes up, they cannot do anything.
