McDonald's — Restaurant in Spring Hill

Horrible...I ordered 2 Sausage AND EGG McMuffin meals one wit cheese, one without...With 2 sweet tea's, light ice...When I was handed the sweet teas both cups were jam packed with ice...I let that go...drove home opened up the bag...Neither sausage McMuffin had egg on them and both had cheese...not to mention I was UPCHARGED .79 cents for the sweet teas....mind you, a small coffee and a sweet tea are BOTH listed on the menu for 1.00...so why the upcharge?? I decided to drive back and have a little talk with the manager.. I began by asking what the charge was for a small coffee and what the charge was for a sweet tea. He replied, "both are a dollar". I then asked, why was I upcharged .79 cents for my sweet teas then? He had no answer, stuttered for about 2 mins and finally produced and answer that coffee came with the meal, sweet tea did not...LAME. Then I handed him my receipt and asked him what kind of McMuffin 's he saw on the receipt. He replied, 2 sausage McMuffins WITH EGG, one without cheese. At that point I handed him the teas and said neither have light ice, I handed him the two Mcmuffins both WITHOUT EGG, and BOTH WITH CHEESE. I then specified that I would like my money refunded...he replied, I'll get this replaced for you right away...Since he didn't LISTEN to my request, I simply let him close the drive thru window in my face and teplace the order....when he returned almost 10 minutes later with what I'm guessing was the right order and attempted to hand it to me, I then replied, "I'm not quite sure u understood my request sir, but Idon't want a replacement order, I want a refund"...He closed the drive thru window again and returned with my money. Yes, I could have stopped him when he said he would replace my order, but why? They inconvenienced me so I figured, since u didnt listen to my order the first time, and didn't listen to my request the second time I would inconvenience them as well. This McDonalds is HORRIBLE and will be contacting the main office in the morning considering THEY were the ones who messed everything up, made no attempt to COMPENSATE for the inconvenience and were just down right rude about the whole situation. Last time I will EVER go to that...

this happened at the McDonald's closest to northcliffe and Mariner and spring Hill Florida In the drive-thru line a male worker took my order named jakari and I told him at the beginning we have two separate orders he probably said hold on a minute 10 times messed up the 1st order I told him it was wrong he fixed it . he fixed it . then for the second order...... he said hang on a minute again I tried telling him the second order . He interrupted me and said hang on hang on hang on then he never came back the car behind me backed up and went into a different Lane. ended up with four cars placing their order in the other lane and moving forward. he still never came back to the speaker so I pull around to the window ask for a manager the manager Courtney came up with an attitude from the get-go I told her what happened and instead of offering to fix it she screams at me this is the last time we're taking any orders at the window and I told her well if they took it at the speaker I wouldn't have had to pull around to the window she literally flung herself around and took off stomping her feet like a 2 year old WOW this is the management it's sad it's a new building it looks nice but it's ran by circus we did end up talking to Lucy she took our money at the window so pleasant super nice I can tell you jakari and Courtney should take notes from Lucy on customer service and how to act in public let alone being paid to treat customers in this manner was seriously...

Went to get some French fries and cheeseburger for my daughter yesterday. I ordered a filet o' fish with extra tarter (recieved without extra tarter, actually barely any at all), asked for kids meal with only pickles on the cheeseburger & extra pickles per my pickle loving daughter. (Recieved with 2 pickles) ordered an extra toy so kids don't fight. Kids meal was ordered with extra fries and apples were in it instead. Then I looked at the receipt and realize they charged me $3.29 for an extra toy???? Really since when is a toy a happy meal price. I asked them to charge me the difference and I would take the happy meal instead. The manager was very cranky with me and tried to tell me the toys were always that much snd next time they wouldn't allow me to pay the difference or get a refund. I have an 8 year old and a 5 year old. I have been buying extra toys forever. They have ALWAYS been $1. So if I am shocked snd unaware ITS BECAUSE IT'S RIDICULOUS. I get home to open food: no drink for the happy meal I paid for, no sauce for the nuggets, and no apples/ yogurt/ or extra fry for the meal I paid for. ALL BECAUSE SHE WAS MAD AbOUT HAVING TO ADJUST THE TOY TO A HAPPY MEAL. Rude and incompetent are the best I can say. None of my order was correct.
