My experience at Tito’s was exceptional! Check-in and getting a table was a breeze. The hosts were accommodating with our requests and quick to get us seated comfortably. While we were chatting and waiting for our server, a chip and salsa robot named Maritza came down the aisle. I'd seen these robots on social media, but it was a treat to experience it in person.
Now, to the real highlight of the evening: our server, Arodi. She promptly greeted us and took our drink order, ensuring we were taken care of at every step. Having been a server in a fine dining setting for years, I know how rare it is to find staff who truly care about their job and commit to excellence. Arodi’s attentiveness, order accuracy, and engaging conversation made the evening memorable. She is a rockstar and one of the best servers I’ve encountered, both as a colleague and a guest. Speaking with the owner, I learned that Arodi is recognized as one of their best, which made me even happier.
The food was fantastic. I had the fajita chicken nachos, which tasted of such high quality, and the salsa was the best I've ever had at a restaurant. The ambiance was great, and the music was at the perfect volume for conversation.

Read moreWe were so dissatisfied with our visit this evening, as we are frequent patrons of this establishment. We were sat on the outside patio and decided to order some drinks with our meal. About 10 minutes after our drinks were brought to us, one of the many flies around our table landed in one of our drinks. We figured there was nothing else to do but ask our server for a new one, as the drink was more than 3/4 of the way full. Our server was very kind, but told us the manager said he was not allowed to give us a new drink because it would be “too expensive” for the restaurant. We then asked to speak to the manager. He came over and told us he couldn’t get us a new one, and next time we should decide to sit inside to avoid this issue. My entire family works in the customer service industry and recognize it wasn’t the restaurants fault, however it shouldn’t be a problem to replace the drink. He was extremely rude to us, and kept blaming us for this issue. We never put the blame on anyone and simply didn’t want to pay more for another drink when it wasn’t even our fault. Great food, great waiter....But, the front teenage hostess should be washing dishes, not customer facing.
Our waiter got busy and didn’t get the check to us, which isn’t a huge deal, so we went to the front area where we used to pay. The teenager quickly smarted-off and told us if I wanted to pay I need to go get the waiter. I explained he was in the kitchen and she said oh well, I can’t help you. She began to get so rude the other employee had to step in and tell her we were simply requesting to pay our bill. He went on to tell her she was being extremely rude to us for no reason and to simply get our check. She began to belittle him in front of us and refused to help anyone. He apologized over and over saying she has horrible customer service and doesn’t treat customers nicely at all.
I told her she needed a job behind the scenes if she was going to fly off the handle like this. Of course that really fueled her fire.
