Whit's Frozen Custard - Spring Hill — Restaurant in Spring Hill

Went in as a group of three, attitude from the employees the second we got out of the car with one pointing at us?? After we walked in we could see the attitude clearly. One employee put his hands and looked at the ceiling huffing and puffing like we were an issue. Right after we walked in multiple employees went and hid in the back. The one making the food was nice, otherwise the rest were very rude and lazy. Received nasty looks the whole time we were in there despite us being polite and friendly. I have been a long time customer back to the Columbus, OH area where it began, was excited to see it move here but plan never plan on going back. Regret tipping...

YUM! Located on Port Royal Rd in Spring Hill, TN behind Taco Bell. When we arrived there were several groups ahead of us waiting to order and several who had ordered and were waiting on their custard. You can order various sizes of cups or cones (see photo). They have cups of custard, sundaes (many topping choices), whitser’s (custard with mix ins), whitties (custard cookie sandwiches), etc. The line moved quickly, and they had our Almond Joy (flavor of the week-ends 6/25/24) small cup and small Mud Pie Whitser to us within a minute of ordering. Just went through the drive-through. Was trying to place an order for a friend. They made something incorrectly, but the girl working still gave it to me anyways. Then the manager came over and told me that I ordered it incorrectly, and asked for the ice cream back just to throw it in the trash. He then told me that he would make the correct thing for me and yet he still made it wrong. This experience of poor customer service certainly makes me not want...
