Went in ordered Togo. I ordered a half pound roast beef crinkle fries and a roast beef slider. Small drink came with it. The clerk said oh I am going to give you a larger fry because you had to wait. Watch the sandwich get put in a bag and asked if that was a 1/2 pound she said no I put in a double. I said I ordered a 1/2 pound and she changed it but as she was headed to fryer says I just give you the fries you paid for and dumped the others in the trash. That was fine with me I didn't want all those fries in the first place. But she acted as though I was trying to get away with something and that is not a good thing. It is one of the reasons we stopped going to that Arby's. Unfriendly staff and people that serve the public and don't pay attention. Started out as a good experience finish as a bad one that will .ake it another 6 months before I return. I almost didn't go because of what we have been through in the past. We have had all ki.ds of problem at that store. Things like no signature items. No roast beef a few times and no turnovers. On several occasions have asked for crinkle fries get curly ones, I get the French dip a lot but at that store they never give you the au gue, even if you ask did you out it un there they will say yes and then we leave and it is not there that has happened at least 5 times in the past. There has been so many mistakes from the staff I would rather goto McDonald's. Then when you say something they come back with attitude and disrespect. Thank you for at least looking at this like in past. I don't see it changing for the better it has been over a year and half and nothing changes. See you again in...
Read moreWaited in the drive through for 10 minutes at 9pm on a Monday night. We knew they were short staffed so we were waiting patiently. At about the 10 minute mark without a greeting/ automated message we called out âhelloâ and âare you still open?â. All the store lights were on, including the OPEN sign. We pulled around the side to see if perhaps the drive through speaker was broken. When we pulled around the side of the building we realized there were no cars in front of us. We pulled up to the window and the young lady at window tapped on the glass to point out the new drive through hours, which are ONLY posted on that drive through window. This sign is not posted anywhere else on the building. So not only did the staff leave their open lights and signs on, but they let us sit in the drive through for 10 minutes, disregarding our greetings. The minimum effort to set up a simple automated âawayâ greeting for the driver through, turn off the open lights, update google hours or even POST A SIMPLE SIGN with ACCURATE HOURS would be appreciated. Itâs clear you canât get your employees to care about the simplest motions of operation, how do we know that theyâre caring and putting in effort on things that matter more, like hygiene and food safety?? If youâre so short staffed you cannot efficiently run a drive through, you need to start paying your employees enough to care and enough to make working at your...
Read moreTis is a restaurant in the Spring Lake Holiday Inn. I would come here in the summers past, being from the area, to enjoy the water, music and drinks on the lawn. Since the changes in the restaurant, we have been a few times and have experienced one lovely and unerring thing. The executive chef is clever and yearns for more and has his staff, which today prepared the best Walleye I have had. Mind you fish is tough and walleye is nearly always heavily crusted served with rice and a vegetable. This was different in every way! The parm crusting was light and let the delicate and perfectly cooked walley shine. Add in the wonderful and very balanced tomato compote, paired with perfect wild rices, all just perfectly cooked and flavored, it was a dish rarely found anywhere in west Michigan! Stacy our service staff was gracious, kind and engaging and a compliment to the meal and great asset to Burger Theory! The chef who prepared the meal deserves kudos from his exec, he did the...
