The customer service was fantastic. The plan was to share a meal with our neighbors and just relax. . . The order was a large pepperoni magnifico and garlic ranch boneless chicken. The pizza was plenty of food for the four of us. We were able to warm up the boneless garlic ranch chicken the following day. I'm pleased to report it was absolutely delicious, reheated! I was a bit surprised because it is not usually the normal experience; mine has been one in which the meat is dry, or rubber like. This was not at all the case. . . I believe there were 8 pieces total, and you could not tell they were reheated. Sorry, "NO" picture, didn't think about that 😉. Please Note: they will deliver...it's Not a dine in restaurant - but excellent food and good service for the most part. It does get a little crazy in the parking...

I placed an order for my team at work. I placed the order 15 minutes after the store opened and I was told 45 minutes for delivery. This seemed excessive given when I placed my order, and that it was only 2 pizzas. After an hour I called and asked where the food was and I was informed that it would be another 15 to 20 minutes.
Bear in mind I ordered this food for my team. They have a schedule to adhere to. I said it's already been an hour and I was told 45 minutes, and now you're telling me an additional 20 minutes? They responded by saying it had only been 54 minutes not an hour and they would get the driver out as soon as they could.
They finally arrived a full 45 minutes after I was promised for delivery. Horrible...

Was very good. Still waiting on my coupon though. As well as coupons if available?? 2097 Harrison muskegon mi. 49441. Waiting on that free pizza coupon promised. I hope not another scam?? I must have gullible written on my face?? I was taught treat people like you want to be treated. Not working last few weeks. Uggg. . Bout to do a swan dive in lake if I get any more cons/scams. Fed up. Had it. Take me back to good ole days when people were sincere and real. And customer service was a priority not a bother. Ugh. Venting from muskegon. Just sick of poor service...
