I usually work evenings and not much is open when I get off work so I would eat here usually once a week to mix things up, but this location has lost my business by their own choices.
I'll start with the fact that almost every visit the fries were so cold and stale that they were essentially inedible. I started just getting sandwiches only and swinging by the McDonald's just down the road for fries. I get that my visits are often towards the end of the night approaching closing, but if you can't or employees just don't want to provide a quality product during all service hours then they just shouldn't sell them.
Unfortunately it seems that I have gotten my wish to some extent since after a hiatus I decided to give them another chance. Even though they are open until 11pm weekdays they now shut off their mobile orders at 10pm it seems so you can not use any of your rewards points or coupons, even if those coupons have been issued by Arby's for past poor experiences. It used to be 1030pm which felt reasonable to accommodate for any regular drive thru customers that might suddenly pile up, but you can drive past the place on your way to other establishments and see the parking lot empty, building lights on, and employees perfectly capable of doing their jobs during the final hour...
Read moreSave yourself the drama and go to 5th st location. Guy taking my order today was so distracted he told me the beef classic was included with the 6.99 promo. They aren't. I pull to the window. He tries to gand me the wrong food and a shamrock shake. He says "this yours?" I say no i just had 2 sandwiches. He turns around and yells I NEED A BEEF AND HEDDAR AND A CLASSIC YOU HANDED ME THE WRONG BAG" Then tells me my total is $16.xx i ask why because its 2 for 6.99 . He says classic is not included in the promo. I said oh, sorry, when I asked you said "yeah we can do that" so I thought that meant they are included. He gets the worst attitude ever and goes "i never said we can do that i said we CANT." I just looked at him and then said "you said 'yeah, I cant?' Before deciding i wasn't spending my day arguing with someone miserable at a job they chose to work at. If you hate customers, just say that and stay out of the drive thru window. Thanks. By the way when I went to 5th st they said they get complaints about the wyo.issing location all the time. But they made my food, its fresh, hot, and in my hands rather than the car in front of me so. Yeah, skip WYO, hit 5th st instead you...
Read moreI ordered the Bourbon BBQ Brisket sandwich through drive-thru and when I got home I'd found the meat and/or cheese had never been heated. It was cold to the touch. Naturally I was not given my receipt either. I've been coming to this location for over 20 years and it's really gone downhill. I'll probably just go out of my way to the one in Shillington because at least they have their stuff together. I overhear some of the employees here sometimes talk about sexual misconduct between themselves and management. Ridiculously unprofessional. Brittany Herzog was the manager that took care of me at the window, if you want to call it that. She only bothered to look at me long enough to take my credit card and hand it back with the food. Didn't ask if I wanted any sauces. She looked like she was in complete and...
