This location’s quality of customer service, good tasting fried chicken and cleanliness have continued to decline over the past several months. I noticed several months ago a difference in the way the spicy chicken was cooked and tasted. But I said to myself, maybe it’s me so I continued to eat there. Well, on last night I stopped there after working 2 jobs ordering my old usual 5 spicy thighs. The so called manager says to me, “ I can give you 4 thighs and 1 leg.” I said, no I want 5 thighs how long is the wait”? He says, “15 minutes”, I said, “I wait!” The guy Carlos says to me, “it comes with legs and thighs and we don’t have to give you all thighs.” Hello idiot, I’ve been ordering chicken at Church’s Chicken before my kids were born and my oldest is 32 years old and I’ve been ordering selective pieces always so he’s lying and he’s disrespectful for having word for word with a customer in front of other customers at the register. I was so furious at the disrespect and rudeness that I started videoing this ridiculous scene. The so called manager refused to talk, serve me or give me his name, it was like the cat had his tongue! While the Carlos guy, I know his face because I’m a regular customer there, he’s having word for word telling me that he has the right to refuse service and he’s not serving me and he’s calling the police because I’m videoing their unprofessional behavior! I said to him, “good and I’ll wait on them!” I then asked for the number to headquarters, he didn’t respond, he ignored me and served the other customers while I videoed and continued to ask for headquarters number. I then asked one of the customers in line for their receipt to get a toll free number and it had a website for a survey so I completed the survey and gave them all zero’s because as I think about all of the money I’ve spent with Church’s Chicken from California to Las Vegas over the years and these are the type of people they hire to represent their store then I refuse to spend my money with their Corp and refuse to tell family and friends to eat there, I’ll tell them do not eat there! This is 2019 and Carlos assistant manager just refused to service me because they didn’t have chicken ready for order, I videoed the unprofessional behavior of the manger and assistant managers, no one could fix the issue, no one trained properly to make it right, top representatives disrespectful and unprofessional. I was hankering for some fried chicken and decided to pop into Church's Chicken here in Las Vegas. I haven't been there in a while, but my craving led me back, and I'm so glad it did!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I was immediately assisted by Sophia, who was not only incredibly sweet but also highly knowledgeable. I initially had a complicated and pricey order in mind. I was trying to get a mix of items that didn’t quite fit my budget.
Sophia, with her patience and expertise, suggested a perfect combination: a 12-piece chicken, 8-piece chicken tenders, and a box of six biscuits. This suggestion not only matched my cravings perfectly but also came out cheaper than my original, convoluted plan. Her professionalism and kindness truly made the experience outstanding.
The entire staff deserves a big shoutout as well. They were all moving efficiently, ensuring everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The food was top-notch, meeting every expectation I had and then some.
While I would have loved to take pictures of the delicious food, I was more focused on capturing Sophia in action. Her exceptional service deserves all the roses. Thanks to her, I’ll be coming back to Church's Chicken more often. It's rare to find such exquisite customer service these days.

Read moreordered some food told the guy after he asked if I wanted honey dip biscuits I told him NO I want regular biscuits , when I got my order got F honey dipped biscuits wetnt inside HOPING to get in and get our with my regular biscuits really fast ... I told two guys I wanted to return the honey dip one and wanted two REGULAR ONES one told me 15 minutes I said okpla and then he does not do nothing ... and I saw two trays FULL of Honey Dip biscuits but NO REGULAR ones then I told the drive through guy and ASK AGAIN for my 2 regular ones he puts in the over while the first dude is just there DOING NOT MUCH .. so the DUDE at the DRIVE THROUGH gave me F HONEY ones since they got a bunch of them and NOT because he did not hear me ! then I spent 20 minutes waiting for my REGULAR biscuits and in the meantime my chicken got cold . . Why this dude wants to SELL S that I never ask for and I told him NO and I wanted REgular ones but DID NOT LISTEN , then the plastic bag is so F SMALL barely holds your order and why they want to sell F HONEY DIP BISCUITS to ALL ? if there are so many people that DO NOT LIKE SWEET Shiat the front clerk did not care guyst said 15 minutes to get them BUT DID NOTHING and let the other Drive TROUGH window guy DO it whiles his lazy a was DOING NOTHING he let the busiest guy DO IT . . what a F generation and I agreed with Clint Eastwood about this generation is a F P....y Generation but also F LAZY...
