Spring Oaks Shopping Center — Local services in Spring Valley

while this shopping center has a lot of really amazing restaurants and businesses inside of it unfortunately the center itself is actually quite dangerous. Last night a group of friends and I were at one of the businesses having dinner and one of our vehicles was broken into. Upon looking further into this and speaking with the restaurant about surveillance footage we found that the businesses have fake cameras merely just as a tactic to attempt to scare away criminals. Additionally there are police cars that are empty and staged in the plaza as a scare tactic but with no actual officers available or nearby monitoring any criminal activity. We drove through the plaza and were able to recover not only one of the bags that was stolen from my friends vehicle but multiple other bags that had been obviously stolen and ditched and could clearly see that there had been at least a dozen vehicles broken into in this plaza based on shattered glass throughout the parking lots. If you choose to visit any of the businesses in this plaza I would absolutely recommend it ensure that you leave nothing in your car at all and I would avoid it at night time all...
