V SPA — Local services in Spring Valley

My friend & I walked in here wanting to have a massage. As we are asking about the massage and combination that they have listed on board, the young lady started to roll her eyes and gave us bad attitude as she don’t want to explain or don’t want us there. She started yelling us, as if she don’t want us to ask questions but just get on it. We were so confused as why she is giving us an attitude. I don’t know if she’s having a bad day or having a hard time speaking English! It was just a poor or bad-bad costumer service. We left and went down to the other massage place (SHIKI Spa & Massage) next to them. The place were nice & clean, we were greeted friendly by a young guy on front desk, explain what services they offer as it is written in their board & mostly the therapist are awesome! I came here last month with my best friend and got one room for both of us. My friend's massage started before mine. My massage didn't start til about 10 minutes later and she came smelling like cigarettes. Once our massage was over they left the room while we changed. We weren't done changing when they came back a couple minutes later without knocking asking for their tip. We gave them each their $10 tip and they left. They came back right away demanding for a bigger tip minimum $15. We said that's all we had (mind you we are still changing collecting our things). They seemed upset and rushed us out the room. Been here twice, but would say I won’t return. Massage first time was 6.5/10, second time was 5/10.

They leave the sign in the front but you need to pay $500 for the membership to get that price. Otherwise it’s $55, $2 fees without saying anything with cards.

So difficult to communicate since they don’t understand English so gotta use Google translate. Only 1 lady there who i assume manager can speak and understand average English so she can get attitude passive aggressive sometimes.

At least I came back second time, but after the massage that like rubbing the same spot over n over. I won’t return.
