This has to be the worst McDonalds that I have ever been to. I live close by and this is the one that I go to regularly but each time I go, it seems to get worse & worse. The staff is completely disorganized and are running around like ants that got disrupted. Whoever does the scheduling must have an IQ of a 2 year old because there is never enough staff and you end up waiting an extremely long time for "fast food" and its just tossed in a bag or on a tray. They are only concerned about uber pick ups and take out orders. I ordered 2 happy meals today and they were out of the toy that's advertised, didn't ask me if I wanted extra fries or apple slice and just gave me whatever they wanted, and then I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes and they were half filled with a splotch of hot fudge on the top. GROSS!, The staff is extremely rude and are very bothered by the customers, I'm not sure if they are there to milk the clock or actually work. My guess would be (milk the clock)They have personalities of a mop bucket. The drive thru guy never said a word except some type of mumble. I placed my order and it appeared on the screen, He never asked me if it was correct, if I wanted anything else or didn't give me a total even. I sat there for a minute waiting, but nothing (mop bucket) Whoever owns this or manages this may possibly need a class in business and customer service because if you notice, a lot of the reviews say the same thing. You can't rely of the just the McDonalds name to get you by. There are too many of them here to choose from and I will certainly be choosing a different one from now on!
I doubt this store cares about reviews or customers since there is never a reply on...
Read moreMy complaint is towards morning shift manager Carmina. My husband found a small black curly hair attached to his burger. He went in to show the manager who then asked him to show her because she did not believe him. He then asked for a refund, and she said she would need our entire order back to issue his refund which I've never heard of before, but he did. She was very dismissive and rude, and she didn't care to apologize for what had happened. She was very passive aggressive and refused to apologize for the hair her staff had dropped in his burger. She said no apology was needed since she issued a refund and kept walking away to speak to another employee in Spanish. Little did she know we spoke Spanish and heard her joke about the situation and even suggested that my husband is the one who put the hair there. my husband is bald. and the hair was in fact attached to the meat, so it was cooked with hair. Carmina you are in customer service and when something like this happens costumers are entitled to be treated with respect and not treated as if it's such a bother that your staff cooked a hair in our meal. Shes extremely incompetent and should not be in management if she can't effectively communicate in English and or handle when someone on her shift accidently drops a hair in food. The fact that you can't understand how disgusting and inconvenient that is then you should not be in charge or in fast food management or work with food at all. Get it together and humble yourself and Carmina because you are representing a company that is not yours and making you and your shift...

My recent visit to McDonald's was a stark contrast between two distinct realities: the exceptional and the disappointing.
On the one hand, Mary, a true beacon of brilliance, deserves the highest praise for her outstanding service. Despite a bustling environment and numerous coworkers, Mary was the only one who consistently acknowledged my presence, offering prompt and attentive service. Her dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly refreshing in a setting that often feels impersonal.
Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was marred by a distinct lack of attention from other employees. It felt like my request for a simple refill was met with indifference, as I waited for nearly 20 minutes without any acknowledgment. This neglectful service created a frustrating and disappointing experience that left me questioning the overall quality of service at this particular location.
While Mary's exceptional service stands out as a testament to the potential for quality customer service at McDonald's, the stark contrast between her attentiveness and the indifference of her colleagues raises serious concerns about the consistency of service at this location.
It's imperative that McDonald's recognizes the significant impact of Mary's dedication to customer service and encourages a similar level of attentiveness from all employees. This way, customers like myself can consistently expect a positive and enjoyable experience. Until then, my next visit will be a gamble, relying heavily on the hope of encountering...
