We went here on the way to the Movies for a quick bite with my Adult Kids. I got a Big Mac combo and my family got Ch.Burger Combos. I ordered Xtra cheese on Mine, when we got our "food" mine had #1 Piece of Cheese Not #2 like I Paid for! Then I got up to Stand in Line, No One Working Cared that I was trying to get My food Fixed Right, so I finally Literally got a Woman running food & told her what happened! She gave that food to the people & came back to Take Mine, Now Cold into the Back to I assumed "Fix" But She instead took My Handled Food & Either She OR Someone Else Put a Piece of Cold Cheese on it & Handed it Back to Me! I had No Idea Until I sat back down, I Stood & Waited the Whole time, I'm Disabled, so getting up & Down is Difficult, However I Didn't Want My Families Food to Get as Cold as Mine was by Now! After sitting Back Down, I Realized what Someone did by just Stocking Cold Cheese on My Already Cold Big Mac! My Son got So Upset, He took My "Mac" back, since I couldn't & Let His Own Meal Also Get Cold & Inedible! After I was Now Finally going to Eat, Or So I Thought, there Was So Much Sauce on there it was Falling off the Bun! That happened the Time B4 when we were there, but I just got most of it off & Ate it! By the time this Was "Fixed," We had to leave for the Movies & He threw his In The Trash! I took mine home & gave it to my Neighbors Dog! We All are on A Tight Budget so it's Very Upsetting when We Come together for a Limited Time to have Fun & It's Tainted when No One Enjoyed Their Lunch & My Son & I had a Few Fries instead of Full Meals Paid for! It's Convenient For Us to get together, but No Matter if it's Fast Food Or Other, Management Needs to do Much Better at Managing Enough Staff & Pay Enough Attention IF Any Customer has a Problem! Putting a Slice of Cold Cheese on a Big Mac that has Left the Cooking Area, Is Not My Idea of the Right Way to Fix this...
Read moreUnfortunately, this McDonald's has serious management issues. It wasn't that crowded but it took over 20 minutes to get my order. The front counter staff, never lost their cool, cudos to them, even though they had one guy loudly yelling and cursing about how long it took to get his food. I'm not sure what the problems were, but it was bad. I ordered at the kiosk and there weren't any numbered placards so I had to go to the counter to take one off a stack there. There was no one at the counter to ask at the time, and you can't complete the order without it. After checking on my food several times, I finally got my order and the fries were luke warm. The fish sandwich was haphazardly thrown together with fish patty coming out one side and cheese on another. I ordered an iced mocha which came as a terrible, unsweetened, weak tasting iced coffee. I took it back and asked them to redo it, explaining that iced mocha has chocolate in it. They did it exactly the same the second time. I didn't take it back again because by that time the disgruntled customer was at the counter yelling at the staff. I never saw a manager come out to talk to him. I won't be returning to this...

And with that, your food will come out 1 of 2 ways, hot, fresh, and delicious because they're making everything to order/semi to order since the double drive thru always has at least 4 cars each, or cold, old, and stale because they make a lot of food and keep it under the heatlamp to ease to load.
There food is always cold old and stale. ALWAYS. I work close to this location and have eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner here multiple times. This is not just a one time review. It's been 4 years, before and after their remodel, and over a dozen times ordering from this specific McDonalds. I've never recieved hot fries from here, just warm at best. They've forgotten some items, and some of their staff is rude.
I always try to come back every so often just to see if the last time was a bad day or particular employee, but it doesnt matter so I'm absolutely done wasting money here.
I gave 2 stars because they always are busy, so that may be a real reason for the issues which is understandable. But after 4 years they should really figure out how to adapt. They have 3 windows and most of the time only utilize 2...
