Neko Extension restaurant is where culinary artistry comes alive through its masterfully crafted dishes. Among the highlights of their menu is the Neko Supreme Ramen, an exceptional bowl that is delicious and a visual treat. The dish's presentation is a testament to the chef's attention to detail and artistry, with every element of the dish perfectly placed to create a harmonious whole. The broth is a carefully balanced blend of rich umami and delicate flavors, indicating the chef's dedication to perfection. Each spoonful of broth reveals layers of complexity that stimulate the taste buds and leave you craving more.

The noodles in the Neko Supreme Ramen are a work of culinary finesse, achieving the ideal balance between firmness and silkiness. The toppings are meticulously prepared, enhancing the overall experience of the dish. The succulent slices of chashu, perfectly soft-boiled eggs, and a symphony of fresh vegetables are each cooked to perfection, adding unique flavors to the dish.

Another standout dish at Neko is the Neko Tekka, a temaki seafood roll in rice and nori featuring spicy tuna. The nori wrapper is crisp and perfectly contrasts the tender and flavorful spicy tuna filling. The rice is expertly seasoned, serving as the perfect canvas for the vibrant combination of tastes. The spicy tuna adds a lingering warmth that enhances the overall experience of the dish, making it a testament to the chef's skill in crafting sushi.

If you're feeling adventurous, the Takoyaki at Neko is a must-try. These delectable octopus balls showcase culinary craftsmanship, with a golden-brown exterior that gives way to a soft, flavorful center. The takoyaki sauce drizzled delicately over the top adds a perfect balance of sweetness and umami, while the bonito flakes dance atop each ball, creating a visual spectacle that mirrors the dish's taste.

In conclusion, Neko Extension restaurant is a culinary destination redefining the dining experience. The Neko Supreme Ramen, Neko Tekka, Spicy Tuna Temaki, and Takoyaki each showcase a commitment to excellence, with an unwavering focus on flavor, presentation, and overall dining experience. Combining the finest ingredients and unparalleled culinary skills, Neko has created a symphony of culinary artistry that leaves patrons with an unforgettable impression of sophistication and...

They are owned by the same as the connected sushi and ramen. They also have another sushi and ramen place next door. They fill a majority of the lower level, so they must be doing well, and I guess I can say it was good. But just ok.

The server started off so sweet and attentive but suddenly a girl arrived and asked for an employee who worked there and suddenly, she seemed to forget about me. This tells me she is only worried about tips. It was ok, though, because one of the cooks brought my food out. I'm more focused on the food and flavor. It still came out on time, so I was just focused on the food. Which was pretty good. I ordered the combo, which comes with one sushi 'taco' and a bowl of ramen plus a soda or tea.

I ordered the creamy katsu chicken. The broth was good, and the chicken was ok, but I felt like the chicken needed something to dip it into. Imagine breaded chicken in broth. The breading came out soggy, and the chicken was saturated and hard. She did give me spicy paste, but it was way too much. I only needed a pin head amount, but they gave me a giant ball of it. I'm not sure what I was supposed to do with that.

The sushi 'taco' was tasty and fresh. I like how it's served, but I devoured it in a couple of bites. Wish I could have more than one.

I may have caught them at a bad time. I was waiting for a business meeting and popped in 10 minutes before they opened. The server was sweet enough to allow me to order. So that was nice.

Overall, it's just 3 stars. I might try again and update my review but this was my...

The absolute best ramen in Las Vegas, PERIOD! My wife was born in Japan, and I lived in Japan for 6 years. I have had the good fortune of eating the best ramen in the world. Unfortunately, my experience in Las Vegas has been less than stellar. That was until my wife, and I dined at Neko Ramen. What a pleasant surprise! Lee was the perfect host and made sure the service was beyond excellent. Honestly, who would expect to find Las Vegas' best ramen shop in the middle of China town--SERIOUSLY! My wife and I were skeptical when we walked in but lucky for us, we decided to stay. The broth is always the star when it comes to ramen. The broth in my wife's shoyu ramen and my miso ramen was shockingly delicious. Mine was so good, when I was finished, I did not leave a drop of broth in my bowl--definitely unusual for any ramen customer. But of course, things got even better than just the ramen. We ordered gyoza (delicious and if you enjoy spicy food, they even provided a spicy dipping sauce), Takoyaki, and shrimp tempura. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most delicious) these three dishes were definitely an 8 or 9, but the ramen was definitely a high 10. After ordering ramen in just about every ramen shop in Las Vegas we were never truly satisfied. Thank you, Lee for showing us there is one place that does serve the absolute best ramen. While in Las Vegas we will never eat ramen...

Neko Ramen has one of the best broths in town - hands down. Trust me. The Neko Black had a strong, well-balanced and delicious broth - get it, you won't regret it. The broth was so clean, flavorful and absolutely delightful. I'm notoriously picky with my ramen broth and I'd say Neko Ramen's broth is probably in my top five favorite broths in the world. Yup, and I know that's a pretty high statement. The chashu was also tender and moist. You know that moment when you bite into such a good and savory piece of meat? Yup, Neko Ramen delivered and crushed it. It wasn't dry or overcooked at all. My only piece of feedback would be the noodles, which was really lackluster. I felt like Neko Ramen could do so much better, if they replaced the noodles with a different style. Overall, I'm a big fan of Neko Ramen and would gladly go again. The service was also pleasant, quick and efficient. It was relevantly quiet when I went too, so it was a breeze getting seated!
