I would not only give this place a zero stars if possible , but I will give three zeros if possible! A horrific customer service experience , not only from the staff , but from the owner personally . This horrible place does not know what customer service is and not even what customers do and how much they contribute to a restaurant ,to stay in business. So they should not be arguing with the customers, they should be thankful for every single customer in these hard times when so many businesses have closed down. I am simply lost for words in this case! My wife and I have never experienced anything like this before ,an argumentative owner ,not only inside in front of the customers, but following us outside and still arguing in front of the store ,which is unheard of. We have been to this restaurant once before and experienced a very similar customer service ,but not as bad like today ,we wanted to give them a second chance, because we always do that to every single business who has possibly disappointed us in our first visit ,but today the experience was 10 times worse than the first time . We came to the restaurant to order (three lattes and pastries )with a friend of ours, who we brought for the first time ,so he can try lattes and pastries . Right from the beginning we have had a bad experience . I am a war veteran with a severe respiratory disability and I am not allowed to wear a mask or any type of facial covering ,because my VA doctor has instructed me ,not to under any circumstances and they DO NOT RESPECT VETERANS whatsoever or care about my disability, so they have made me wear a mask and even after, I was very reluctant to do so. They have screwed up our order completely, in the end telling us that we did not even ordered lattes ( we waited for 20 minutes for them to be made ) , even after we have paid for them, they were telling us that somebody else have picked up our drinks and that we need to order our drinks again and pay again for the same drinks and that’s not their fault that someone else picked up our lattes. OMG , We were speechless !!!! So, I had to fight with the owner about our order , that we have paid for our drinks and never got them ( which is ridiculous and totally absurd) and the owner has personally told me that I am harassing her , ( all I want is my drinks that I have paid for it ) and that they are just trying to do their job -which is nothing- and poorly performed, that anyone can come in and steal someone else drinks . I would not recommend this place to anyone !!!
BTW : when we have finally received our lattes they were wrong size and wrong milk too, because we have ordered two large hazelnut lattes with oat milk and we have got one medium latte instead of large and the milk was regular too ( and I am lactose intolerant) ,so I had to throw my latte in trash. I did not want to go back for them to remake it, because I was so fed up with their disrespectful and unprofessional customers service. Also , their lattes are mediocre at best and pastries are mediocre as well , my wife’s tiramisu was frozen, she couldn’t eat it ,for the premium prices and a horrible ,horrible customer service experience. Definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
We will NEVER EVER BE BACK to this restaurant and we will tell everybody not to do...

Why, because for a second time, Paris Baguette responded to my review by apologizing and again saying that the store manager would contact me, and it never happened. Their baked goods good, great, or not, when customer service is this atrocious, I don't care how good the product is, I won't give this or any other Paris Baguette another try.
UPDATE: I'm not altering my star allocation regarding Paris Baguette, but I'd be remiss in not mentioning the following. When I wrote my review a few days ago, I received a comment from the [supposed] business owner. Taylor S. replied with what seemed a genuine effort to correct customer service at his bakery. Until I dug a little deeper and noticed it was a "canned" response that shows up on at least a dozen recent reviews showing three-stars or less. If you genuinely want to make your bakery a better place, Taylor, don't be disingenuous with your replies, follow through on them, and don't try to show readers that you care when you don't. I know this to be true because not a single of the other reviews dating back many months where you placed your canned reply was there a single "update" or mention of your "follow through." Taylor S., people will notice that your comment(s) are disingenuous.
I was recently was given a chocolate cake for my birthday. Having been to Korea at least 100 times (no exaggeration) and being married to a Korean, I wasn't expecting much based on my experience and knowledge of Korean pastries and baked goods. Mostly, Koreans don't eat overly sweetened food, and their baked goods, to my taste, are always a bit on the bland side. Well, color me surprised. This chocolate cake was the best I've ever had.
After I pretty much consumed the entire cake myself over the next few days, I asked my wife where this bakery was; she said somewhere on Spring Mountain Road as my brother-in-law was the one that bought it. So we tracked it down, and to my surprise, it was a small untidy looking shop called Paris Baguette. I was shocked to see that my little chocolate cake cost $40.00. I mean, for a 10-inch single-layer cake, that seems just a bit expensive. Then I found out how unfriendly and inattentive the staff at this bakery are. Here I was ready to give them my rarely issued five-star rating, and they lost it because they were unpleasant, inattentive, and outrageously expensive to boot. I tried Paris Baguette.
I don't know about you, but service and friendliness are essential to me wherever I spend my money. So while it was, and still is, the best chocolate cake I've ever had, Paris Baguette lost 2-stars because of their poor customer service. Sorry Paris Baguette, no cake is worth unpleasant service... and overly...
Read moreIt is actually astounding to see the ignorance in this review by Zeek. I was a customer inside Paris Baguette at the time of this incidence, and it is a shame to see someone falsely narrate an incidence that they in fact started. The argument between this customer and the staff at PB began after he was kindly asked to wear a mask and follow NV state guidelines. The man began to intimidate, harass, and verbally abuse every single staff member including the manager and owner who in my opinion remained respectful and professional throughout the entire ordeal. At one point another female customer began to advise the man either respect the establishment and comply, or leave (just as the staff had). He became irate and screamed that he was a veteran and had a medical condition. I’m sorry but sir it doesn’t matter if you are the President or Beyoncé, you can follow the rules like EVERYONE else, or you can leave. Your freedom, your choice right? Instead of deciding to not comply and simply leave, he chose to escalate the situation and stated he was going to purposely leave a bad review. It is so disheartening to see yet again another ignorant, selfish, jaded, and privileged man use false pretenses and “status” as an excuse to pretend they are above everyone else. Shame on this guest and I hope PB knows they have loyal, compliant, and respectful customers on the opposite side of...
