They’re super nice but they don’t do the best job or have the best eyesight unless you correct them. I do nails so I know what’s good and what’s not. My nails only came out decent after I had them correct a couple nails. My toes were so sloppy. It’s awful. The women had such shakey hands, got polish on my feet, somehow made one nail darker than the other. Terrible painting skills. No tip and would never go back. This once again proves why you guys should learn to do your own nails. It’s not a relaxing service when I have to watch you like a hawk. Plus it Valentine’s Day week. Ladies don’t come here to do your nails. This is not a proper pedicure.

I highly recommend this place especially if you want to improve your skin and skin care routine. I got a facial from Chi ha ru last week and I cannot day enough positive things about her. She took the time to advise on my specific skin issues, giving very thoughtful advice and specific recommendations to follow. I have been here several times and everyone I have come across has always been super responsive (via Yelp messages to schedule an appointment), friendly and accommodating (when I wanted a last minute appointment). I also purchased some skin care products which I have been using and already seeing a difference in my skin.

When looking for a nail salon for my bridal party, I was looking for a location that could handle multiple women at once, as well as offered gel polish and extensions. Kyou was the perfect choice, as it is a massive building. They specialize in gel, so don’t go here if you’re looking for traditional polish – but for your wedding day, you don’t want anything to chip! Be prepared to spend a few hours if you get nails and toes done, as they take their time to make sure everything is perfect.

I’m in town for the Las Vegas Market and was told by my Uber driver from last night to check out Chinatown. So today when I had some spare time I Ubered over there. I stopped at Kyou Beauty Salon and asked if they had time for a pedi. I was told they did by a very sweet and friendly girl at the desk. She asked if I wanted gel or regular polish and I requested regular polish. I selected my color and went to the chair waiting for me. Everything was great until the end. She took her time, did a great job trimming the cuticles, polishing my nails the whole works. Now my pedi was done but my nails weren’t dry/drying-and ladies there’s no nail dryer here like other salons. This sweet girl has another walk-in scheduled after me and is trying to get me wrapped up so she can do a gel manicure. She brings over a mini desk fan-I sit there for 10 minutes waiting for them to dry...still not dry. She finds another mini desk fan-now I have 2 they really aren’t putting out much air but she’s trying to do something. I sit there for another 10-15 minutes. Still not set up but at this point I feel like I am in the way and holding up her next scheduled appointment because she keep coming to check on me and they aren’t setting quickly so I put my sandals on and hope for the best. Yeah that didn’t work out as they still were not set. Now I have a $35 + tip botched pedi to fly home with tomorrow. I’m not happy! I don’t blame the girl who did the pedi I blame the salon for not providing the proper tools for her to do her job with. Where’s your professional dryer? Or how about a larger fan that has some velocity to it and some quick dry so people don’t mess up there fresh pedis? I have never experienced this before in all my years of getting pedi’s. My advice- Ladies either get gel or save your money and visit your regular salon when you...

I just came here with my boyfriend to get facials. The place was clean and professional looking. We were told it would cost $125 for his aqua facial, and $110 for my back treatment. We are then asked if we want to add an hour massage for an extra $15 each. We repeated it back to him because it sounded too good to be true but he confirms that it’ll only be $15 each. I kept thinking “I see why this massage only costs $15” during because it was one of the worst massages I’ve gotten in awhile and I get at least two massages a week. I was really looking forward to my back treatment because I thought my back was going to get extracted and cleared out, but instead she just cleaned my back, lightly scraped different areas, then put a mask on. When we go to pay we’re told that the balance is $365. We were in a rush so we assumed it was because we heard him wrong due to his accent and he really said $50 each and not $15 but that still wouldn’t make sense because $110+$125+$50+$50= $235 so where is the extra $30 coming from? I call back ask the guy for clarification and he states that he said he would give us a $30 discount on the hour long massage which is usually $80 each (which is already almost double every other Asian massage place), not that he was only charging us $50 each. I ask him to run back the cameras because my boyfriend and I both heard the same thing and even repeated it back to him to confirm. He claims he can’t do that and he’s not a liar. I will never be coming back to this place and I suggest you all think twice about coming here too unless you want to be lied...

*UPDATE:: Apparently the owner has decided "digging around" which did not involve reaching out to me directly or through this review was making up false claims I am some competitor (super weird, super sketch). Instead, he has decided to try and brush aside the very real and very concerning facts of my review, in efforts to not own up to this spa's own shortcomings. How sad and disappointing. If this response isn't enough proof of their business model and practices, then I don't know what is. Please run for the hills. Not a competitor, just a regular paying customer who wants to help others not fall into the same disappointing waste of money as I did.

The man/owner here is borderline creepy and pretty sure he's running some sort of scam out of the back. He is always acting suspiciously and finally had to decide I wasn't coming back. He also lies a lot and it makes for a very uncomfortable and stressful time here. I've also watched the employees reuse tools without putting them in any sort of sanitizer or cleaning solution. Certainly a health code violation along with a great way to get a fungal infection. Run for the hills and...
