I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store recently.
Despite my phone being broken due to a manufacturing defect, the staff refused to replace it after spending an hour attempting to set up a new phone for me. They attributed the malfunction to user error, which I found both inaccurate and frustrating.
Throughout my visit, the staff displayed a lack of knowledge and professionalism. There was a significant amount of horseplay, and they seemed more interested in personal activities than assisting customers. This lack of focus and competency is shocking, especially given the employment struggles faced by many.
Their actions left me without a functioning phone, unable to make calls or texts, and I now have to wait a week for a replacement while incurring an additional $100 fee. This experience has severely impacted my perception of your in-store services.
Additionally, their behavior, which included arguing over music and using their own phones while I waited, made me feel unheard and undervalued as a loyal customer who always pays bills on time.
I am requesting a prompt resolution to this issue, including a refund for the additional fees incurred and a replacement for my defective phone.

I was immediately acknowledged and greeted by SAM TERRY, a Customer Service Rep, who was working on that day that I visited. As I explained my cell phone service needs to SAM, he intently listened to me and consequently delivered the best cell phone service retail experience that I have ever encountered. Sam, while offering several different phone and service options, did not attempt to sell me a service or product that I did not need. Sam was informative, straight forward and beyond thorough in the level of service that he provided to me. As a result of Sam, and his "beyond awesome" level of customer service that he provided, I highly recommend this T-Mobile store. Thank you Sam. If, you are the owner of this store, or Director, you should seriously consider promoting SAM TERRY to a management position. I am a VP of several staffing companies and This enables me to recognize top talent when I see it. Sam has the tools and personality to greatly assist T-Mobile to strengthen its brand in the marketplace and proliferate it's market presence.
