If you are scouring Las Vegas for a hidden culinary gem, 303 In the Cut is a food truck that should definitely be on your radar. As someone who enjoys exploring the culinary delights of this vibrant city, this food truck exceeded my expectations. This unassuming food truck is a haven for foodies looking for diverse and delicious meals. Regardless of whether you're a tourist looking for an authentic local experience or just a quick and satisfying bite, 303 In the Cut is an excellent choice.
What makes this food truck stand out is its dynamic menu, which features mouthwatering Philly cheesesteaks, delectable dirty dogs, and a variety of other scrumptious treats. I highly recommend the Green Chili Burrito, an absolute flavor explosion. The combination of tender, flavorful green chili, perfectly cooked rice, and succulent meat (chicken) makes for a delightful culinary experience. Not to mention, the burrito is enormous, ensuring that you'll be satisfied and full of deliciousness. The balance of textures and quality of ingredients is truly outstanding, making this burrito an unforgettable choice.
In addition to the burrito, the Crackin Chicken Fries are a highlight of this food truck. The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, while the seasoning provides a delightful flavor with each bite. This dish perfectly combines two of my favorite foods, and I could hardly stop eating them all. It's the kind of dish that's hard to stop eating once you start; they were that good.
To cap off your meal, the Tiramisu is a sweet indulgence you won't miss. This dessert is beautifully presented and tastes just as wonderful as it looks. The layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, velvety mascarpone cheese, and a dusting of cocoa create a rich and indulgent treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
What makes 303 In the Cut stand out is its owner. The owner takes pride in their staff's ingredients and ensuring every customer is cared for. On my first visit, the owners introduced themselves, got to know me, and offered a direct phone line to avoid long lines. This kind of customer service sets small businesses apart from big franchises. Seeing how small businesses like 303 in the cut lead the way for mom-and-pop shops is heartening. Instead of solely focusing on profits, building personalized, community-integrated customer relationships is the forefront of this foodtruck. This approach fosters a sense of belongingness and loyalty among patrons, making them feel valued and appreciated. It's heartwarming to see how he establishes and maintains a solid customer base, which is crucial for long-term success.
If you're in a rush, the food truck located on Spring Mountain Road is a perfect spot for a quick meal. However, due to its popularity, the lines start early, at 7 p.m. I arrived at 7:30 p.m. and confirmed the lines were still long. Despite that, the staff is welcoming and friendly, making it a comfortable spot for solo diners.
303 In the Cut is a must-visit food truck in Las Vegas. They offer many dishes that cater to different tastes and preferences. Whether you're a local or a tourist, this food truck will satisfy your cravings. Take advantage of the chance to taste their delicious food when you're...
Read moreI stood in the nearly freezing cold outside for this food.
I showed up and ordered dinner at nearly 10:00 p.m. For this food.
I paid almost $50 by myself for this food.
With all of that said the cold weather, the time, the price, this food was definitely worth it.
You start by walking up to the food truck looking at the menu and for many people trying to figure out "What did that Keith guy from Tik Tok order?" Even if you did not find the food truck from Keith's review the worker at the window is incredibly helpful and has no problems answering any questions or making suggestions.
The worker greeted me with a smile, enthusiasm, and overall very friendly and helpful.
I ordered the Cracklin Fried Chicken Fries, Cheesecake Sandwich "In the Cut style", and Pear Cutty Juice
Chicken fries: 8.9/10 this dish was very well seasoned. The chicken was delicious. There was a mix of chicken and fried chicken pieces which added a nice texture change. Half of the dish is covered in one sauce and the other half in another sauce. Half of the dish had some sort of a cheesy type of material on the fries and I had a handful of fries that had none of that cheesy sauce. I think that sauce is only used on half of the dish. Either way, I wish that sauce was used on the whole dish. That is my only complaint. Otherwise this dish would be perfect!
Cheesecake Sandwich: 8/10 okay so I ordered this with the understanding that somebody that I know makes a perfect homemade from complete scratch cheesecake that in my book is a 10 out of 10. It takes multiple days to make and is the example in bar that I set when comparing other cheesecakes. In my mind this cheesecake was not very firm, it was more light and fluffy. Flavor was good. Overall though, for it being something that is advertised as a sandwich I would have expected this to be a more firm cheesecake. When I tried to bite into it, it falls apart immediately. So I give this an 8 out of 10. It's a very good cheesecake but I think there is some room to improve.
Pear Cutty Juice: 10/10 I never thought that I would give a drink a rating but here I am. This drink is fantastic. It is absolutely amazing and I cannot think of something that I would have them change to improve it. My first sip of it was absolute shock and I want to learn how to make it myself because I don't live in Las Vegas and I need this back at home. It is absolutely refreshing. It is a sweet drink and it pairs very well with the food offered at this place.
The service provided was great. The wait was not long. The price was steep. Overall the restaurant was fantastic and I will definitely be returning in the future if I come back in town.
The next time I would come to this restaurant I would order the burrito as it looked amazing. I would not get the cheesecake again just because I know I have other cheesecakes that are better, but again this cheesecake is really good. I would definitely get the...

Gave it a second shot. Wednesday at 7:50 is the perfect time to go. Total wait was maybe 45mins-1hr.
The best item on the menu is the prickly pear limeade worth the $8 5/5
The best food item I ordered was the smothered green chili fries. They are different fries then last time. This time they were crinckle fries. They weren’t as crispy but overall the dish was great. Great sauce, smoked chicken, this combo hit way better for some reason then the burrito. The only hit is the price of $17. Which this time we only got half the potion of last time with the chicken fries but got charged the same. 5/5
Cheese cake: Jam and the frosting that is the same as the cannoli were too sweet. The cheese cake was average. $9 a sandwich. 2/5
The Tiramisu, in fairness I don’t like tiramisu so I’ll go with my wife she said it was a 4/5.
The Philly cheese steak was good. Not too bad of price $11 4/5
Overall we had 2 desserts, a drink, I Philly, and smothered fries for $57 plus tip. That is a lot for the amount of food we got.
This visit a 4/5 good food and great service. Really the owner is friendly and great. The main ding is the price $60+ for a shared meal with desserts and a drink was pretty high. But I’m all honesty it’s worth a trip. Give it a try and see what you think. ————————————————————-
Showed up at 8:15 waited until 9:30 cheese cake, tiramisu, and some drink we already sold out. so if you’re coming for that you’ll need to come before opening for that. Prices are high $56 for a burrito, loaded fries, cannoli and a drink.
Burrito: a lot of good things about it, good sauce, nice n cheesy, best part is the fresh pinto beans. But the smoked chicken in it was just a weird texture for the burrito. the price of $11. 3/5
Cutty Fries: the fried chicken was underwhelming, the pickles didn’t fit, just something in the overall taste profile was off. I didn’t like it. Plus the fact that it was $17 I’d give it a 1/5
Cannoli: not a huge fan of them but with everything else gone I tried it. It’s was good for one bite then after that it’s too sweet. If you dig sweets try the half regular (Orange zet) and the apple 3/5
Prickly pear juice: I want it to be a 10 but at 7.50 for a small cup with 40% ice. I ponder is it worth the price. But the taste was great! 4/5
Fries: great flavor and a soft inside with a nice crispy exterior 4/5
The owner is cool and friendly but with the price, limited menu, id...
