Poor management and poor customer service. I was just at this establishment and the Assistant Manager and one of her servers portrayed poor customer service skills. One customer as they were cashing out were asked for payment, to which the customer said they already had their card. When the server could not find their card the customer claimed that they did and the AM was the one who took it when they arrived.
The AM immediately denied this and claimed fault on the customer, that is until the AM found the card on her bar (which i also saw happen with another customer not 20 minutes before). Rather than admit fault and apologize, her first response was to attack the customer and threaten to call the cops.
Admittedly the customer was very drunk and a little belligerent, but that comes with the territory WHEN YOU WORK AT A BAR. But no the AM was more focused on antagonizing the situation rather than trying to diffuse it.
Now had this been the only thing i might have written this off as I know the customer and she can get hard to handle when she drinks too much. But after this I was talking to another patron, and fellow coworker, about it and how it could have been handled better on both sides and both parties were in some way at fault. Then one of her servers came up to us and said "Hey maybe you should just mind your business".
Now we were not being loud or obnoxious, nor throwing blame on anyone, just talking and saying that it could have and should have been handled better for both parties. Yet this server got immediately vindictive and attacked us as well. Now she may have felt she was "defending" her boss but she was not part of this conversation nor was she apart of what we were talking about. If anything we were also defending the AM, just criticized a lapse in judgement in her ability to handle this situation.
But what do I know I'm just someone who should "MIND MY OWN BUSINESS". Maybe you should take some of your own...

   Read moreAs soon as we arrived the floor was super dirty and the bar top was dirty as well. We wiped it ourselves with napkins. When we ordered, the service was fast. My glass was dirty with water spots. Also, the bartender placed the wine on the bartop for me to pour myself. That was a bit odd as no other PTs had done that before. my 2nd and 3rd glass were dirty as well so I just kept my original. Food was not offered to us. Wine tasted fresh. The bartender wasn't very conversational. My husband had a fly drop into his beer twice due to the garage doors being open. The bartender replaced the undrank portion only the 2nd time it happened. Service was just ok....
