Red Dragon Gaming and Spirits 143 — Restaurant in Spring Valley

I haven't eaten there so I'm not sure how the food is. An employee by the name of John was insanely rude to my friends and me. My boyfriend and I went to this location once and it was ok, the prices were great but John was a bit rude. I wanted to go back for my birthday because there's so much to do and the drink prices are awesome. But John was there again that night. A couple of our friends arrived just before we did and when my boyfriend asked John how he was doing he replied, " great til about 5 minutes ago." He continued to make comments like this the whole night despite how much money were spending there on drinks, ping pong, pool and karaoke. He told my boyfriend at one point as he ordered a drink, " we're a gambling bar, not a drink bar." We were obviously not welcome but we wanted to enjoy the karaoke room and all that so we stayed. I don't understand what his attitude was about; we were polite and we still tipped him despite how rude he was. At one point a drink was knocked over and my boyfriend asked him for a towel so he could wipe it up since it was him who bumped it and John said, " oh you guys are just great." I could see if we were belligerent but we weren't, the only reason the drink even got knocked over was because it was next to me and my boyfriend didn't see it when he put his arm around me. We brought our friends there that night and had been telling people how great the drinks and atmosphere is but now we will tell them to go to a different location and my boyfriend and I will be as well. Went today July 7th, and Julie was rude and racial profiled us at this location. She kept getting loud. And then kept telling us to calm down whenever we responded calmly. She stated since we bought a bottle earlier that day. That we couldn't come back and play for 24 hrs. She stated that her boss told her that rule. I informed her I had never heard of this rule. She even called her dispatch and they couldn't confirm this rule. She then calls her boss and says oh they said you can stay. It honestly seems like Julie racially profiled because I am African American wasn't no other African Americans in this establishment. Given that I play here all the time. I know Hope, Jesse and John and never once have I ever had an issue. This is upsetting and disappointing. This was bad. I was embarrassed by this lady. This is not right. Some people need a lesson in common courtesy. Especially when someone visits your establishment. She shouldn't be working...

Carla was so ridiculously rude tonight. Usually she is, as she told my boyfriend who is (was) a regular customer, "she isn't sure why she's rude, she is just used to customers being rude, so she does it first". A very immature thing to say, but ok. well, she is usually cold/rude to me, immediately asking for my I'd without greeting me. I said something to her before, she shrugs it off. Tonight, she asks if I am so rude, why do I come back. I've only been 3 times, and I was picking up my bf, but I answered. She challenged me to call and complain, as if she knows no one will care. She is miserable and rude and that's her thing, her life, but I will be calling whether or not someone cares or not, and I will not put a dime back in to that bar ever.
